House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

We love Sun's place! She is a wonderful host. The place is perfect for exploring Durham. The neighborhood is also lovely to walk around in and safe no matter the hour. I work when I am here and the location/proximity to restaurants, grocery, Farmer's market on weekends, and Duke East Campus (if you need to shuttle to main that's easy too) make this a win for me. I also travel here with my kids and Sun's place has everything we need. Parking is also easy. Note that there are stairs which didn't affect us but may be an issue for others with mobility issues.

Apex is a super cute town and the home is just a few easy walking blocks to the historic street filled with good restaurants and shops. Comfy bed!

Such a great place. Easy to get anywhere in Raleigh. It was so clean and warming.

We were three sets of couples came to NC for one of our best friends son memorial service. Our stay was wonderful. Samuel home made us feel right at home.Bedding was super clean and very comfortable. Made such a big difference to me. Kitchen was great with nice dishes. Pantry was stock with lots of basic items and ingredients. Towels were nice and clean. There’s nothing we could have asked to enjoy our stay. As much as we were so sad after the memorial service, once we arrived at Samuel residence it felt right us feel right at home. Samuel thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great place for a family of four and a pet! It was the perfect little space for us to come and go from, as well as crash, as we spent a weekend visiting friends and family in the area. Had a minor issue and Adam was very responsive and helpful!

This was my first time using Airbnb, prior I had used Vrbo. Tyler was very welcoming and responsive to anything that I needed or any questions that I had. The home is as described in the photos and the area is safe and secure. My family and I stayed 17 nights, and it felt like we were leaving home once we finally left Tyler’s place as we had gotten used to the area and his home. I loved the master shower, it made for great relaxing and the bathroom had plenty of space. There are also two additional bathrooms in the home and they were nice and clean. The master bed was super comfortable and my children enjoyed the other available rooms. We also enjoyed the desks in the second and third bedrooms as it accommodated space for my children’s laptops and their ability to complete homework. Overall I am happy with the decision to choose Tyler’s home, and I would definitely book again. Enjoy!

Alexis's place was a great home base for us. It was well set up for a longer stay with kitchen basics, plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and towels for both the pool and the bath. It is easy to walk to the pool and you can access the Greenway and Shelly Lake Park without a car and without crossing the big road out front. Alexis replied within minutes whenever we contacted her.

We enjoyed the place... perfectly equipped for a very comfortable stay. Super quiet location and very nice condo! Great layout in the condo. Jocelyn was a great host! 100% loved it and hope to stay there again if our work calls us back there.

Lovely place to stay and in a nice little neighborhood as well. Jazz was an awesome host. She was understanding, kind, flexible and quick to respond when something came up. Would recommend staying at her place.

What a great experience! The house was in a good location, close to stores but in a nice quiet neighborhood. (I enjoyed watching the cardinals and sparrows eating seed out of the bird feeder on the back porch.) It was clean, uncluttered and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed to cook and be comfortable. They even provided a few extra treats! The hosts gave clear directions and were accessible. I especially appreciated their kind, generous responses when I reached out for help. I had forgotten some clothes in the closet and they offered to mail them to me! Wow! Catie and Ryan are excellent hosts!

Rebekah's property was such a memorable experience for me and my family during our trip to Raleigh. Lots of space, very clean, and an insane amount of amenities. I really appreciated how well stocked the pantry was an how organized everything is. Other highlights include the record collection, typewritter, and plenty of cozy places to rest and read. Neighborhood is so walkable with a lot of local food and activities -- even for kids (my son loved the children's museum). Would HIGHLY recommend this host and property.

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, which made settling in a breeze. The snacks and drinks waiting for us were such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. We especially loved the elevator—it added a bit of fun to the experience—and the rooftop patio was a beautiful spot to relax and take in the view. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well appointed duplex. I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Great location walkable to restaurants, Duke University and downtown, yet quiet and homey. Bed was so comfortable and cozy, the bathrooms clean well designed. At the top of my list for Airbnb. We would happily stay there again.

Dolanimi’s place was great for our short stay while visiting family. His home is quite lovely and the neighborhood is very cute and quaint. Looks just like the photos and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend and also would stay again when I visit

It was a great place. The amenities were great and the kitchen was well stocked to actually cook. We were easily able to cook breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing that threw me off is that all the showers were on the top floor. But it was fine for our group. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s I had stayed in.

We loved staying at Thuy’s place! Communication was great! He was so kind and flexible with check-in. We loved the townhouse. Very quiet and so very clean. Everyone had space to spread out! Thuy provided shampoo and body wash. So many towels (including pool towels). Nice, soft linens and comfortable beds. We loved the screened in back porch. And the kids enjoyed the pool every single day of our stay! This is our first stay at this property but it won’t be the last. We love coming to the Raleigh area to visit our daughter and this has been our favorite stay yet!
