Katelyn’s house was perfect for our group of 14 family and friends, as we celebrated our graduate! The large kitchen allowed space for lots of cooking and prep work for meals. It was nice to have the third floor deck and living space to catch a few minutes of alone time when needed. There was plenty of room for togetherness in the first floor kitchen and living area. The central location in downtown Raleigh was also a plus, allowing us to quickly get anywhere we needed to go, with ease. Katelyn always responded promptly to my messages. We had a wonderful experience and would use this house again!

We stayed here with 12 of our family members for graduation and it was the perfect place for all of us! The kitchen was great. We loved the outdoor space (and the hot tub). They’ve done a great job preserving the historic nature of the house while also updating- my Aunt was raving about how much she loved the shower! We loved that we could walk to the farmers market on Saturday morning! Taylor was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Gayathri’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 during commencement weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her and the space she has created. The family room easily accommodated our group to gather and enjoy time together, and we loved that each bedroom had a king size bed. The location is perfect for quick and easy access to campus and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Gayathri quickly responded to any messages and was such a joy to communicate with. She also left some breakfast items for us which was much appreciated the morning after we arrived. It was so nice to not have to run to the store the moment we arrived. The coffee she provided was also much appreciated! If you have a group visiting Durham and this home is available, do not hesitate to book!

Staying here was one of the highlights of my wedding weekend! The house has such character, it is a great place to spend time in. It is also one of the most unique places I have ever stayed. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful when we reached out about some troubleshooting. I could mot recommend this place enough!

The house was immaculate! Amazingly clean, and updated. The photos do NOT do this house justice! The beds were incredibly comfortable, even the bunk beds! Whoever decorated and designed this house put in exceptional attention to detail. The owners were more than accommodating helping with any questions we had. The only thing we would do differently is hosting our actual wedding HERE. There is a perfect space for a ceremony just slightly on a hill, but definitely doable! Perfect spot for many occasions!

Kristi’s home in Raleigh was the perfect place for our trip. We loved the proximity to downtown Raleigh while being in such a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The home itself was new and beautiful with plenty of space and privacy for all of our guests. A real highlight was the rooftop area with views of the city and comfortable furniture to enjoy relaxing and dining. Awesome place with an exceptional host.

This house worked very well for our needs. We weren’t around a lot, as we were busy with family wedding preparations and festivities , but it was a welcoming and comfortable place to return to. We are grateful.

We loved this beautiful getaway and wished we had booked more time here as we didn't want to leave. The location is perfect, far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough to head into Pittsboro or Carrboro/Chapel Hill for dinner. No question, this would be our first pick on a return trip to the area.

Daylor‘s house was immaculate and very modern. Everything seemed new and very clean. It was well stocked with dishes & coffee fixings, & as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. It was very convenient to NC State (15-25 min) and local shopping and restaurants. There was a lot of room inside the house, and the neighborhood felt safe. Our other family members were amazed at how nice & clean & beautifully decorated the house was! We would definitely stay there again!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious, and cozy all on one. We all felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures, which always a pleasant surprise. Karen was a great host! She responded in a timely manner to every question I had. This is a gem and we will return.

A beautiful house with every single thing we needed for a 5 night stay. All of our family absolutely loved the house and the neighborhood, nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and parks. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is fantastic, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. It's impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the beautiful kitchen which was a joy to cook in. The master bedroom and in-law suite were both luxurious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The outdoor space is where this place truly shines. The pool was amazing, perfect for cooling off on hot days, and the expansive outdoor area provided plenty of room for our family to play games and enjoy the sunshine. While you can’t swim in the lake, fishing and boating are great alternatives. Clare was a fantastic host—so responsive and accommodating. Overall, our family had an incredible time here and didn't want to leave! It's the perfect spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Cary for a friend’s wedding weekend in Raleigh! There were 8 of us, and the house was absolutely perfect—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked. We were especially touched by the welcome basket with snacks and goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, and back patio made it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime together. Jonathan was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate all of our requests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect home for large groups. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Great location with proximity to downtown Raleigh and the airport.

We stayed for 5 nights and overall had a great experience. The house was spacious and comfortable — perfect for our family. Once the weather warmed up, we were able to enjoy the pool, which was a nice bonus. We did lose water for part of our last night, which was inconvenient, but the property managers responded quickly and addressed the issue right away. They were also very understanding and accommodating. All in all, a well-spent stay and we’d consider coming back!
