As someone who has been to ATX countless times this is an EXCEPTIONAL place. It’s not only the location (which is UNPARALLELED), but also Aaron, the host, has thought of everything. I felt right at home with my two pups and had several friends and family pop in for a visit. Will definitely be back!

Great spot in a very cute neighborhood. Close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Very easy check in experience, super comfortable place with lots of amenities. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! The home is as pictured, so cute and very clean! There is an enclosed back yard. Enough parking for 2-3 vehicles in the drive way, depending on the sizes. Wonderful location, just 2 short blocks from Congress. Walking distance to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. We will definitely be a repeat renter!

Phenomenal backyard complete with a cowboy pool and lots of seating. The location and decor were great as well. We will definitely be back.

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

The place was fantastic with a great view. The only hiccup was that they initially sent me the house rules for a different property but that was quickly remedied and our stay was fantastic.

We were a 3 generation family traveling to Austin for a family wedding. This house was perfect. Clean, convenient, comfortable beds & lots of them, and the kitchen is equipped and nicely updated with a great refrigerator. The sauna, pool and workout room were all used and enjoyed. Gabe was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, which was SO appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises!

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Really enjoyed our stay at Drew's place. The pool and outside area were awesome. The neighborhood was a short walk to south congress but also very quiet and peaceful. Drew was very communciative and flexible. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin. Thanks!

The place was amazingly cozy, comfortable, clean, and spacious. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Wifi worked well too. Michelle has two dogs that were very friendly with my family (including our dog), so our dog also had a great time. Also the location was really good - easy access to coffee shops and restaurants by walking or short driving as well as to the University of Texas by 10 minutes or so of driving. Would definitely consider this Airbnb again when visiting UT area again in the future.

Olivia was very nice and accommodating! We had a great stay because she understood when we needed to make changes. The view from the property was beautiful and probably one of the best you'll get of Austin. The only thing that could have been improved was we could not find where the fifth bed was.

Loved the house! It was well stocked with the essentials, very beautifully decorated, and captured the Austin vibe perfectly. Very close to the fun part of Austin. Super safe as well. And added benefit was that the Uber you order might be a waymo - that was very cool!

Tamara and Sam were so helpful and thoughtful, very responsive to any question I had. Forth right with any information before I even reached out. I loved their place, so clean and comfy. We came for concerts and ate out a lot but the kitchen was well stocked with the things you’d need if you wanted to cook at home. The location was perfect! Walkable to a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. I have already recommended it several times and would definitely come back!

A very nice place in a great neighborhood and conveniently located. The unit was very well equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and bathroom. A super comfy bed with nice pillows and comforter. A/C works very well which is important in TX! Only downside was that internet was virtually non-existent. I could connect to the Wifi but not use it as nothing would load neither on my phone nor my iPad. Place is located very close to 6th st and very close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and more. We will definitely consider this place again when we visit Austin.

There was so much to do in Austin but traffic was just a little too much. We ended up staying at this home more than we expected, thankfully it really felt like home. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and with all the beautiful plants inside and outside the home, it felt like a vacation. Will definitely recommend!!!
