⸻ We had a great stay at this cute condo in downtown Austin! The location was perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed during our visit. It had all the comforts of home and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Austin

Great stay! Wonderful location… only thing I didn’t love is the STRICT 4pm check-in. I was there at 3:53pm with my mom who is in a wheelchair and they would not check me in until 4pm. Didn’t feel like a great start. But all worse was fine

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Austin celebrating my husband's 70th BDay with our two daughters. The experience was made even more special thanks to our fabulous hosts, Maelia & Liya. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had-always ready with helpful recommendations for local events and dining. The suite itself was perfect for our family—2 bdrms, 2 baths, & a fully equipped kitchen with every amenity you could think of. From cooking spices and spray to honey for tea, pool towels, plastic glasses, and even a picnic basket for enjoying the pool area—it felt like everything had been thoughtfully considered. Speaking of the pool—it was absolutely fabulous! Plenty of reclining chairs made it easy to relax in the sun, & the view from the pool area was simply amazing. The location was also ideal, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby and just a pleasant 30-minute walk across the bridge to reach a variety of shopping options. We will definitely return

Tamara and Sam were so helpful and thoughtful, very responsive to any question I had. Forth right with any information before I even reached out. I loved their place, so clean and comfy. We came for concerts and ate out a lot but the kitchen was well stocked with the things you’d need if you wanted to cook at home. The location was perfect! Walkable to a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. I have already recommended it several times and would definitely come back!

Olivia was very nice and accommodating! We had a great stay because she understood when we needed to make changes. The view from the property was beautiful and probably one of the best you'll get of Austin. The only thing that could have been improved was we could not find where the fifth bed was.

Excellent accommodations for a single traveler or couple. Right off I35 near downtown Austin and a short walk to Rainey St and a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Easy access and check-in. The condo was clean and in a safe location. There is a small grocery store just around the block. The rooftop pool is an excellent bonus giving fantastic views of downtown Austin and South Congress St. Plenty of Ubers if you don't want to drive, but if your activities are in and around downtown, you can walk everywhere. Hiking trails around Lady Bird Lake are 5 minutes away. Nightlife on Rainey St. is lively and fun with excellent cocktail bars and interesting food choices. Austin is a great city to visit and this condo is perfectly situated, especially for the price. Outstanding value. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

This little place was so perfect for our needs. It was incredibly close to all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to downtown and yet in a really cute and clean and nice neighborhood. The place itself is darling. It possibly at one time was an older apartment but all redone and upgraded, It has a darling area to sit at in the lower entry part, or you can sit up on the balcony, lovely trees everywhere. The bed is tucked in a little cubbyhole, luckily we’re still young enough to climb in there. You just have to maybe put your phone under your pillow if you need it by you for an alarm or something, since there are not room for tables, but we made it all work! We don’t sweat the small things, the location was worth everything. Oh, and not to mention the covered parking! The host went above and beyond helping in any areas we needed! Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. She was kind too. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a few cafes/restaurants in walk distance. Thanks Lucy!

Sharissa's place was so convenient, walking distance to Congress Ave, gorgeous neighborhood, and the apartment was beautifully decorated! I communicated with our host and she immediately responded. We will definitely come back when visiting Austin!!!

It was an amazing stay! They were very helpful and quick to respond. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!!

The Airbnb is so cute and I love that it is dog friendly! A nice back yard for the dog and there are dog bowls for your pup!

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

Loved it. This was my third time staying in this building and this was my favorite unit. I’ve stayed in there.

I am DEFINITELY going back. I have no complaints everything was awesome. Man on the real I felt like I was home . I surprise my wife for her birthday and she gave me the biggest hug. Especially when she saw we was on the 32nd floor. The view is spectacular and the pool area on the 33rd floor is awesome. It’s so relaxing. Sherry is awesome,Every time I had a Question, she was right on time. And at the front desk everyone was willing to help and the valet guys was awesome as well Overall is was the best stay and so peaceful,He’ll I hated to leave. But I will be back.

Very comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. The apartment could use a full length mirror in the bedroom and or living area for getting dressed/putting make up on while someone else is in the bathroom.

I absolutely loved the Airbnb.. it’s in an excellent area.. you can go out and walk around n site see if that’s what your into .. the location is really nice around nice shops and everything …Lynn is a excellent host .. we had a hiccup when we first got there with another Airbnb and she helped us get booked with her and sent the information quickly so we were able to change locations without any wait time in between .. I’m so thankful for that .. and it was later in the evening so it was definitely greatly appreciated… I would recommend her Airbnb and would love to stay here again if ever in the area ..

Very nice space in a nice building with great location. Check in was super easy. Stay was great only thing was the wifi password was incorrect and I had to tell the host 4 times cuz they just didn’t believe it wasn’t the right password. So that was frustrating, but I eventually got the right password. I’d definitely recommend staying here tho.
