Felt right at home in this lovely spot! Apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with every detail considered. Great walkable location, plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby.

Couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Reinhard & Caroline’s place is in the perfect location. Close to everything and safe surroundings. The Airbnb was very clean, bed was actually really comfortable, perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

The Waller was great! Young building with a young community. Gym was tremendous and rarely busy, pool was great. Penthouse library and coworking space were amazing as a remote worker. Room was large for the money. Could have used an air fryer and better kitchen tools, but everything worked fine and they supplied plenty of detergent and other supplies. Room was very bright in the morning, you’ll probably also be on the 5th floor facing east, so don’t expect crazy views, but will be a 10 second walk to the pool/gym. Closest grocery is a 5 minute scooter ride. Best bars on east/west 6th are 8 minute scooter ride. Not a ton of restaurants close by (Franklins is closest!) I’d stay here again. Love Austin and the Waller!

This was truly a quality Airbnb experience - and I travel often. The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of downtown Austin, with everything from live music to world-class food literally steps away. But what really made this stay special was the space itself. The photos didn’t do it justice. The amenities were actually better than described sleek, modern finishes, incredibly comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches throughout. And the perch overlooking all the action? Absolutely stunning. Whether it was sunrise coffee or late-night people-watching, it gave the entire stay that elevated, “you’re in the middle of it” magic. Check-in, surprisingly, was a breeze—everything worked as expected and getting into the unit was smooth. That said, I want to gently offer one piece of feedback: the instructions sent in advance were so detailed and intense that they honestly made me a bit anxious. It felt like I was preparing for a covert mission rather than a relaxing stay.

Staying in a treehouse was on my 2025 bingo card, and this experience was absolutely perfect! This was my very first time staying in an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice — the treehouse was even more beautiful and cozy in person. Ryan was fantastic! He was welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The peaceful, quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and reset, yet the location was on a great side of town with plenty of nearby amenities. I’ll definitely be back. This stay was everything I hoped for and more!

Lovely Gem. Felt right at home. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Excellent host. No long check out chore list either! Excellent choice for single or families, lots and lots of space!

This is a gem in East Austin. Extremely walkable to the trail on Town Lake, and easy to get to restaurants all over east austin. The place has everything you need and the hosts are thoughtful, friendly and very welcoming. I really wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great home, would stay again

This weekend was nothing short of amazing. And the house matched the vibe to a T.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We had everything we needed for our young children including toys, a high chair, and a pack n play. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Thank you!!

Staying at Mark’s Barton Springs Treehouse was an absolute treat. The location alone makes it a gem—just minutes away from Barton Springs and Zilker Park, yet nestled among the trees, it truly feels like you're in a peaceful hideaway above the city. The home is full of character and history, which adds a unique charm. You can tell it's been in the family for generations and is cared for with love. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked for a relaxing stay. The space felt private, quiet, and spacious—perfect for winding down after exploring Austin.

The house is super clean, very well organized and I can clearly see the host put a lot of thought into the interior design. The pool is very well maintained and clean. Kyle has let us checkin early and was responsive throughout the stay. We will come back to stay. True example of being a great host. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

Very nice and clean place, great pool and other amenities, in a fun part of town, just around the corner from Rainey Street.

Very comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. The apartment could use a full length mirror in the bedroom and or living area for getting dressed/putting make up on while someone else is in the bathroom.

It was wonderful for my purpose for being in Austin. Great views, safe, close to the venue and many great restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish there was better lighting in the seating area by the sliding glass door, but overall a lovely stay.

Overall excellent. We had an issue checking in late at night, mostly our fault. The instructions from the owner did not contain the building access code because it was buried in the details from AirBnb. Also, the sofa is not acceptable as a bedding option for a 3rd person. Again, mostly our fault, but perhaps the owner should discourage 3 people.

Absolutely immaculate apartment, close to lovely bars and restaurants as well as grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. 10/10!
