We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a temporary home. We felt more than comfortable in this dreamy house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We, my daughter, our dog and I, felt very comfortable in the accommodation from the first moment! Andrea and her father welcomed us, explained the essentials, which we found very pleasant. We always had the feeling of being "private" and at the same time we were asked if we needed anything and on request on our part we received helpful tips. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a vacation stay, everything necessary is there, everything was very clean, which made the arrival perfect. The terrace of the apartment is just wonderful and can also be used in bad weather. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, even with a dog, within walking distance of a small grocery store, 3 nice restaurants and the small bay. Other bays can be reached in a few minutes by car. Overall a very nice stay!

Apartment super furnished and tidy. The pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Although it's about 25 minutes from the center on foot, you can park closer by car, and parking is free. Very wonderful location to visit, enjoy the pool in the morning, the sea in the afternoon or vice versa :) Recommended for everyone!

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Fabio, a young man, was very attentive and gave helpful tips for the area. Wishes were fulfilled immediately. The place was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. The accommodation is located below the street, so you have to go down a few steps. We were traveling as an older couple and can definitely recommend this place. The location and surroundings are very nice and the view from the terrace to the sea is just beautiful. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Communication with Mladen has always been very good and fast. The place is exactly as described. Everything is clean, cozy and functional. We were received in a very friendly manner by Mladen's parents and the view from the very spacious balcony with cozy lounge amazed us. It's really breathtaking. We got a small breakfast from Ada with typical asparagus (very tasty) and Dino even brought us the SUB boards in safety from the wind and cleaned them up. Thanks very much again to Ada and Dino in the beautiful village of Rabac. Where you have a great view, sportiness is usually required. Climbing stairs is a must, but every step is worth it. You're rewarded with the view. Plus, you stay fit😃 Below runs the road, which did not bother us. There are great beaches and bays to discover, by bike, SUP or on foot. We would come back immediately...

Sonja is an extremely loving and helpful hostess. She is always available for questions and welcomed us warmly. The apartment is located on a mountain with breathtaking views of the sea. Parking is about 30 meters to the right of the house and can be used free of charge. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the harbor. The apartment is very clean and we felt completely comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay thanks to Sonja's hospitality and great location! We can definitely recommend the apartment 🩷

We had a wonderful time in Rabac. The place is small but nice. The terrace is an absolute highlight with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. Jasminka is a super warm and nice hostess! Since we were traveling without a car, she had offered to drive us to Labin and pick us up again, and we were also taken to the bus by her very nice husband. Both could speak really good German and so we could communicate very well. We would definitely come back!

great place and super friendly host

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

a beautiful apartment close to the seafront and good restaurants. the parking is a great advantage to have in Piran, and Simon's flexibility in collecting us was greatly appreciated

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We had a fantastic stay in a special place. The terrace alone - and the special view. Also the apartment itself was top. Danilo turned out to be a very attentive and pleasant host. We will definitely come back here!
