Holiday rentals with a balcony in Rabac

The place was welcoming, clean, tidy. The view is beautiful! Would recommend!

Fabulous views, beautifully situated, very well provided in the kitchen, good bathrooms and lounge area. Very nice balcony. Quite surprised at how far from the main road we climbed to reach the property but well worth it. If you don’t climb a mountain, you don’t get the view!

The host was very very welcoming, offered coffee right away when we arrived, helped to park in the slightly tricky road to the home. The address given didn't' lead us directly to the place, we had to ask about that by phone to get precise instructions. The place has his very special charme, many rooms, equipped with everything you may need, and has an astonishing view over Rijeka, the sea, surrounding towns and islands. You will enjoy total peace from the balcony and terrace. The host was also very charming and provided us frosh products from their garden, and self cooked pastry. For communication we kept in touch in German, as we unfortunately don't speak Croatian yet. enjoy your stay!

Very helpful owners, they gave us the opportunity to check in early, the girl who welcomed us spoke good English, so the communication was excellent; the house is located in a quiet complex, well equipped with everything you need, available internal parking ( very useful since the area does not have many other parking lots)

Nice apartment with good views. It was pretty close to a lot of shops and restaurants and also to the beach. The only downside was that we could hear everything from those who stayed upstairs. But apart from it, everything was great and I would recommend it and would stay here again.

The accommodation is new, very well maintained and clean, there is everything you need, even air conditioning is available. A nice terrace with loungers and table group to sit outside is also there. The location is in the middle of nature and sometimes you even get to see deer :). Perfect place to relax. The beaches or the city are easily reached by car. Very nice and helpful hosts! We were very comfortable. :)

Motovun is a quite enchanting place! We felt very comfortable here and had many excursion destinations nearby, e.g. Porec, Rovinj or Pula. In the vicinity of the accommodation is a small but very well-stocked supermarket, so you can shop for everything you need. In addition, there are great restaurants nearby. The property is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus that gave us and our children a great change of pace and cooling off. We felt very comfortable thanks to the nice hosts and would be happy to come back!

We fell in love with this place. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. The house was spacious, well-prepared, clean and cozy. There's something new made around the house every year, which makes the place even more attractive than before. There's a brand-new toilet and grill at the pool area. If we decide to come back to Istria region of Croatia, we definitely will make our stay here.

Our family was truly impressed with our stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a paradise for a short vacation with kids, offering a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. The barbecue area is excellent, perfect for relaxing evenings. Ana, the owner, was incredibly attentive, always in touch, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If I could, I’d give this place 20 out of 10! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

It was a unique and incredible experience. We stayed at Villa Kalina 1 week, everything was perfect! In real life, even more beautiful than the photos. Careful in every detail and in terms of services offered by the accommodation, absolutely nothing is missing. Super great and strategic location, we have nicknamed it the "Villa of the 5 minutes" because it is 5 minutes from the center, the beach, the supermarkets, etc.. in parallel as a Host there was Sara who was very helpful and flexible for all the info at any time. He is definitely a 5-star Host, along with his parents who were very helpful and friendly! We'll definitely be back for another week of relaxation, I think it's the best place ever since I use Airbnb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was very nice and much better equipped than stated, everything was there, especially in the kitchen there was nothing missing (3 coffee machines). Everything was very clean and prepared with attention to detail. Aleksandra welcomed us warmly and provided us with local tips and always asked if we needed anything. We felt very comfortable!
