Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Quepos Point

We had a wonderful stay here! Gretel was very friendly and helpful, checking in on us periodically and offering to help with planning activities in the area. The house is very centrally located to anything you want to do in the Quepos/Manuel Antonio area. The house itself was beautiful, extremely clean and very private.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

Super convenient location, grocery store steps away, well stocked house, great outdoor space, love the outdoor shower, and most importantly—the property manager was lovely! She was so responsive and helpful.

Geylor was such an attentive host. He gave us the directions and we found the place right away. They had everything that we needed to be honest. Will definitely stay again.

It seemed like a dream house, although it is on a hill, that is precisely what allows you to have very beautiful views! We had the pleasure of seeing monkeys from the balcony, which was a plus. Each room was very comfortable and the coffee machine in the kitchen was great!

Beautiful property and kind hosts! They were so descriptive on finding the place and let us check in and check out flexibly. We absolutely loved our stay and they were ready with recommendations in the area. I only put 4 stars for easy to find because that’s anywhere in the area. It was dark when we came in so it was a little difficult but because of how thorough their instructions were we found it more easily. Would love to return!

Honestly this place is more incredible in person than the photos, which is hard to believe! If you book this place, just know that there’s a steep incline getting to the house so make sure you rent an appropriate vehicle for that. There aren’t places that are walkable nearby in my opinion, but that’s the price you pay for an amazing view and this type of house. Vanessa was awesome- make sure to use the private chef service and the beach service! Both were awesome. We also highly recommend eating at Ronny’s for lunch

A great place to stay. Location it's a luxury in Manuel Antonio and if you choose right you might find a place like this. This place was close to the beach as to Quepos town. Wich was very convenient for us a family of 4. The surroundings where on point, with amenities like the swimming pool and a comfy entrance. Just the right space with an open kitchen. Looking forward to come back in the future.

Our stay in Manuel Antonio was nothing short of magical. Though the space was compact, it was beautifully designed and felt like a hidden gem nestled in nature. The panoramic view was absolutely stunning—easily one of the best we’ve seen. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the hygiene standards were top-notch, and the overall vibe was serene and refreshing. An unforgettable stay at an unbeatable price!

I recommend this accommodation which is well located with free parking and a five-minute walk from the city center, it is equipped as you would like a real small studio and it even offers you the possibility of making Costa Rican coffee

A very nice private place, we were visited by a family of monkeys which was very fun, I hope to return, Russ was very friendly, the place is fully equipped very close to liqueur restaurants etc ! An excellent place to relax and get out of day to day Super recommended!!

Great Location. Easy to walk to the local bus stop and arrange shared shuttle to anywhere in Costa Rica. the apt was clean had all the anemities and the a.c. worked great. hot water was great and worked fast. Safe Area and lots of great resteraunts, friendly people, the national park, and beaches close by. convenient store across the street. the host was quick to respond and I will book again when I am in the area. I had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Fanny was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

we had a fantastic time in Quepos - Marcos & his wife were the perfect hosts, so welcoming & friendly. the apartment was spacious and super clean. the kitchen had everything to allow us to cook on a couple of days. great aircon - much needed ! and a really comfortable bed. we were lucky to have the monkeys visit on the balcony twice - the highlight of our stay, and saw scarlet macaws fly over on multiple occasions. an easy short walk into town, good selection of bars, restaurants & grocery shops. we used a local delivery service one evening during a torrential rain storm - they deliver from restaurants & grocery stores. We would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.
