Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

A lovely property, light and beautifully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for our group of 7. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the house was located in a great area for long walks. Hosts were responsive on text. Only downside was the coffee machine smelt stale and the pool barely heated up and doesn't get much sun, so the water is constantly cold. But otherwise a great property and we will definitely stay again next time we're back.

The house itself is lovely but we did find it a little misleading as we thought that the pool was Private. One of our guest has low mobility so walking to the pool etc. Is not possible for him. That was very disappointing but the house itself is lovely. It was under equipped with Plates and other serving items. There were no serving bowls, no salad servers, no platters, minimal utensils including an egg flip and tea strainer, no cheeseboard and minimal glasses. There were also only 6 dinner plates in a four bedroom house. So they did have to buy extra things and we also bought extra things. But all in all a lovely house.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We had kids and dogs and Kerry was very responsive and flexible to accomodate us all. The views and space is relaxing, clean, spacious and perfect for a family winter escape. Would happily visit again

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful, quiet and very private. The house had everything that we needed and we felt so comfortable and relaxed and right at home. It was the best stay we have ever had and we didn’t want to leave. Louise was so friendly and so accomodating. I cannot recommend this place high enough and we can’t wait to go back. It was the perfect stay for a girls weekend away. Thankyou!!

The Portsea Hideaway was a great house to use. From the extra room in the bedrooms to the huge island in the kitchen. The dining table was very usable playing games too. The pool had a little surprise too. Very Enjoyable Stay

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

Great place with easy drive to pubs, beach and amenities. The house is spacious so plenty of room for a large group without feeling crowded. The pool is a bonus in summer or warm weather! Would book again.

So nice to stay in a near new home . Good for me to walk a flight of stairs a few times a day . Very comfortable bed , easy to use appliances . Would stay again ( with a few more people ) 🙏🏽Helen

We stated with another family where we all have young kids (<4yrs old). Having a backyard that was contained and with entertainment (trampoline and cubby house) kept the kids busy for HOURS while us parents could relax! Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed with kids.

Wow !!! What a beautiful unit so spacious, and maintained… the views from the upstairs deck were spectacular…. Joanne was so informative about her Airbnb very quick to respond to a message … not only would we recommend but we are definitely planning on returning for a future stay

We had a fantastic stay—perfect for our two families! The house had a spacious living room that opened up to a lovely outdoor verandah, great for relaxing together. Easy parking for two cars was a huge plus, and the quiet neighborhood made it feel like a true getaway. Best of all, it was just a short walk to the beach. Sarah was very quick to respond and made everything super easy. Highly recommend!

We loved our family getaway at Georgia’s. The house was great, had an enormous backyard that the kids loved, and was walking distance to the beach. Georgia was great to deal with and very accomodating.

The house set up of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom down either end was perfect for our family. Ki-dults down one end...and us up the other!! Very clean and spacious with outdoor space. Loved that it was also in a dead-end street as this also ensured a quiet environment - perfect for the easter break. Thanks Roz for your responses to my questions and the flexible check-in/out. Sarah was a very responsive host and was able to accommodate our request for early check in for a wedding attendance. House had a great set up with a lovely authentic beach vibe for this location.

our whole family loved our stay at Sophie's place. our 18m old loved sleeping in his cot and playing in the sandpit. Our 4yr and 5.5yr olds loved the bunks and being able to ride their bikes to the point playground. Out dog Tilly loved the shaded and fully fenced yard. The house had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. The neighbourhood has a lovely family vibe about it - which we loved too. Thanks for having us Sophie.

Excellent internal and external features, suited our family with adult children very nicely. Outside undercover eating was terrific, with good plantings of trees. Wifi, quality of bed mattresses, bathroom fitout were excellent. Space for two cars, easy drive to ocean grove for surfing. Second toilet was appreciated at times. We had a great week at this place with 7 adults and 4 children staying along with another 2 adults and 2 other kids staying close by. The place was spacious and modern and more than adequately provided the space needed to accommodate all of our family for meals and functionality over an active Xmas week. The place is in a great location within walking distance of both the front and back beaches and we accessed both of these on most days. We had a great stay and would recommend for others or consider staying here again.

We (me, my teenage daughter and black Lab) absolutely loved our stay at Tracy’s house and hope to be back sometime soon. Located close to the Pt Lonsdale back beach in a quiet cul-de-sac, Tracy’s house is full of beautiful artwork and books with everything that we needed for a fantastic beachy holiday.

Nich’s place felt very relaxed, it has a real beachhouse feel and encourages you to slow down and enjoy the space n surrounding areas. We loved the fireplace at night n it felt spacious enough to handle the different friends n guests who came and went. The bath post surf n climbing the tree out the front were the highlight for the 7 year old we had with us. We’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it

We had a great stay at Carrie's place over the Kings Bday long weekend! She was an extremely polite and easy going host, who ensured that we had everything we needed. The house was really well equipped with all the essentials (and more - BBQ and sport equipment etc). The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you could want. The living area was comfy, and the bedrooms were clean and cozy. I highly recommend staying at Carrie's place for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Thanks again Carrie!
