Holiday rentals with a patio in Quarto d'Altino

This apartment was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! It was far enough outside of the touristy/busy part of Venice that it was very quiet and peaceful, but it was also only a very short bus ride to everything that you could possibly want to see or do in the busier areas. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with us, and we had absolutely no problems with check-in, check-out, or communication. The apartment space was clean, tidy, cool, and perfect for our small group. We loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great stay, Alberto’s place is really clean and functional. We enjoyed the small terrace for morning breakfast. He was also really responsive and gave us local recommendations for going out.

Absolutely wonderful stay!The station is a few minutes' walk away, with a supermarket and restaurant next door.The villa is very beautiful and clean, the host explained clearly and enthusiastically, recommended to stay!

Natascia's accomodation is perfect, if you want to visit Venice, or just want to stay Punto Sabbioni or both:) Everything was very clean and comfortable in the flat with really nice design.

It’s a great place for our family of 4. Very close to Venice MESTRE. Bus stop is just outside the building. Very well maintained and clean. Would recommend it without a doubt.

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

Highly recommended!! The bedroom is very spacious and bright. It's nice to have a balcony with armchairs. Comfortable bathroom with a window that makes it bright and airy. Water comes out with pressure and very good temperature. Amenities in the kitchen and spacious, it includes an armchair for watching TV. The chairs are comfortable and of good quality. I would definitely go back!!

We stayed fpr one week at this beautiful apartment and we felt very comfartable there. Carmelo was there to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us. There is a booklet with information about the apartment, the sights, restaurants, shops etc which is helpful. It was taken care for our first breakfast and a welcome drink. Carmelo is a very kind and friendly host and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Pamela is an exceptional host. Despite mix ups with our train she was kind enough to meet us at the station to walk us to the apartment. She graciously told us all about Venice things to do/see/eat and provided us the best advice "just get lost". Her apartment is one of the best we have had - clean, warm, well presented with everything we needed in a central location. We definitely recommend Pamela's place - and will be back! PJ and Zo

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

Interesting location, 5 minutes walk to a bus stop to Venice, perfect for getting around without constraints from the car. Very good choice.

Barbara and Michele's apartment is great if you want to visit Padua. Free parking in front of the house and a short walk to the city center. Padua is a city worth seeing with beautiful churches (especially San Antonio and San Giustina). In La Madonetta, just 200 meters away on foot, you can enjoy delicious wines/aperitifs and snacks. The market hall is also a recommended place if you value good food and drink. The apartment was perfect for us. It is super clean, bright, cozy and everything we needed was there. We cooked ourselves. The wooden table and the living-kitchen room are inviting to eat and stay in it. We also found the place outside very nice to have a glass of Prosecco. Contact with Barbara was straightforward. We would take this apartment again at any time and can really recommend it to everyone

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We will be back! Grazie

Great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice, which is not something you hear too often. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow so streamers beware. That being said it’s important to give this place a five star rating because the stay was amazing. We’re just snobs about Wi-Fi.

Jenny's place is a great surprise to us! We only spent one night there before flying early in the morning but we would have stayed a little more! It's a spacious apartment with all the comforts you need! Be careful that we particularly appreciated it: two coffee pods and breakfast was waiting for us! Given the little time we had, we really enjoyed it! In addition, I recommend this apartment for people like us who were flying to the airport because we were able to walk in 20 minutes without hurrying! Perfect!
