We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Several outdoor areas to enjoy on property.

The Lake Front Cottage at Lake Alden

Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake from the covered porch, stone patio, or the dock. This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family getaway any time of the year! Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

Our adorable lakefront cottage sits on beautiful Page Lake located in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern PA. Just 5 miles off Route 81 between Scranton, PA and Binghamton, NY. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you've found your place! Enjoy peaceful rural surroundings and all that lake life has to offer. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, peaceful walks, and chilling on the huge deck overlooking the lake are just a few ways you can spend your day.

Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

Foxglove Cottage - Cute and Cozy

Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6 acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close - 45 minutes from Elk Mountain, 1 hr from Greek Peak Mountains Resort. Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. Horse back riding and accommodation for your horse available. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys, goats, chickens and friendly roosters.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road.
