This is a great location to get to know the Greater Binghamton area - minutes from Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, downtown, Chenango Valley State Park. Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, two person jacuzzi tub, extra basement suite w/bed+bathroom. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

Rustic lakeside cabin!

Relax with family at this peaceful retreat in the stunning Endless Mountains region, only 20 min. from Binghamton. The cabin has a loft-like open plan. Please see the ‘details to note’ section about the layout. Two kayaks and a rowboat. No-smoking property. There is a downward incline to the cabin so it is challenging for handicapped individuals. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.

Large, renovated Farmhouse with well-stocked kitchen, lake views and a brand-new, large trex dock. Comes with two paddle boards and fishing kayak to explore the lake. Watch the sunrise/sunset on the large front porch or walk across the street to the dock to fish or swim in beautiful Laurel Lake. Take a short walk to the local ice cream parlor or stop in to have a beer and the best wings at the Lake View Inn. Short drive to local breweries and two golf courses. No events/parties allowed.

This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Perfect cabin for peace and tranquility. The hosts have thought of everything you would need. Nice touches like a great coffee station with kettle (we are tea drinkers so this was great). Bed is comfortable and extras like big fluffy towels were great. The walk from the cabin toward Salt Springs State park was beautiful, as was the fire pit and stream opposite the house

If you stumble upon this listing, definitely book it. My group of 16 (including myself) have been going on large group trips for the past 3 years, and could all equally agree that this has been the most comfortable stay we have experienced. Ken provides pretty much all basic household necessities, plenty of space, and lots to do. He is very responsive, and provides answers to all questions and concerns. My friends and I spent our time swimming, kayaking/paddle boating and fishing on the property. We also had some take a trip over to Salt Springs State Park and others who rode around the area on a quad we brought. There was a blue-green algae bloom that occurred at the lake prior to our arrival which Ken took the time to not only reach out about but also provide numerous options to resolve any missed experience because of it. My friends and I are extremely grateful that Ken has chosen to share his clearly cherished property with others, and we are eager to come back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake cottage. Bridget’s place was clean, very cozy, and the view was beautiful. Even caught some pretty big Bass fish off the dock. She had everything we needed for our three night stay. Thank you for the oscillating fans in every room! They came in handy. We would definitely return in the future.

We had such a great time during our stay at Keith and Jerry’s place! The home was modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—like the welcome snack basket and the professional binder with all the details we needed. It even smelled amazing when we walked in! The river view was absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing backdrop throughout our trip. Keith and Jerry were in constant communication and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend their place for a peaceful and well-organized getaway!
