Die Wohnung befindet sich im Ortsteil Haar. Die S-Bahn Station ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort sind es nur ca. 18-20 Minuten Fahrt bis ins Zentrum von München. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten der mitgenutzt werden kann. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor der Tür in der Regel verfügbar (Keine Garantie). Ich bewohne die Wohnung selber und vermiete sie nur wenn ich auf selber auf Reisen bin. Das Ankleidezimmer wird daher abgeschlossen und es steht kein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung

Cozy flat close to Munich Messe / Alps / Downtown

Kurz vor den Toren zum Münchner Stadtzentrum kannst du hier in ruhiger Lage alles erreichen, was das Herz begehrt. In die Berge, zur Messe und in die Stadt sind es jeweils 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, separater Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und daher nur an Personen zu vermieten, die sehr sorgsam mit den Sachen umgehen. Keine Partys, Junggesellenabschiede oder junge Gruppen.

Wir bieten unsere helle Wohnung 48 qm für bis zu 4 Gäste in Neubiberg/München an. Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche, hat ein WC-Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 180 x 200 und eine eine Schlafcouch 150x200 für 2 weitere Personen. Die Wohnung hat einen Zugang zum großen Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels ist man in 25 Min in der Innenstadt. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.

Ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Ein Bad mit WC, Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung. Ab Mitte April steht Ihnen ein kleiner Garten und eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill zur Verfügung.
