Quaint vintage apartment in "Midtown Durango" ideally located 5 blocks from downtown dining and shopping and 2 blocks from the Animas River Trail. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is dog/kid friendly. Bedroom has a new memory foam queen bed, along with a queen-size sofa bed in living area, smart TV, high speed internet, galley kitchen with gas stove/oven, bathroom with classic deep claw-foot tub. This log cabin style house has great views, a grill and hot tub on deck, fenced in back yard, backyard chickens for fresh eggs, is walking distance to Lake Simpatico and two play grounds for children. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. there are many lakes nearby. The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).

Riverhouse Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.
