The area is very quiet and the rooms very comfortable as well as the cleanliness of the beds and savannas. Recommended and not to talk about the price. I'm going to be happy and looking forward to going back.

I am very satisfied with the spacious spaces, hot shower, very warm beds. We were taken care of by Mr. Pancho (Enrique Cristian's dad) and he was super friendly. The building has a tent down which is super helpful.

We stayed 4 days in Puno with Ms. Vanessa, the stay was nice and very quiet. The apartment is located in a central area that is easy to find. It's just like in the photos and has everything you need. Ms. Vanessa was very kind and flexible with our schedules, she was aware of what we needed and made our stay even more special. We hope to return soon to stay with Ms. Vanessa.

The very nice and cozy apartment, is located in a quiet area and is close to the main square and markets. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, at all times they helped us with our doubts and unforeseen events. I would definitely stay again in the same place. Highly recommended!

The apartment is large and is on the first floor, above the house of Nadia. All very clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds. Well-equipped kitchen. We had problems because there was no hot water in the shower- the positive was how Nadia and her family understood and resolved the situation. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment. We take cold days and it should be taken into account that the apartment is quite cold and there are enough covers to sleep. We love the city's cuisine and recommend the restaurant Mareas Ceviche y Mas- typical Peruvian with great dishes, fair price and great service. Finally, I recommend this apartment and thank you for the kindness of the (growing❤️) family.

Good location, clean apartment. Five flights of stairs can be challenging at 12K feet. Heaters available in bedrooms. Warner arranged transportation for us to the airport.

We had a choice of several AirBnbs to choose from , based on our requirements and budget. We picked this one because of the reviews for Senora Lourdes. I confirm the reviews are true! Very good Hostess. Very kind and caring. The Apartment perfectly met our needs. It was a bit cold at night, but we kept warm with the ample blankets provided. Comfortable bed, good hot water. We walk everywhere and it was convenient, but for one not so inclined, there are easy buses and taxis and tuk tuks to take. Thanks to Senora Lourdes, we now know where we will stay, if we are again in Puno.

Comfortable, clean accommodation, the area was very accessible to downtown places. In general, good service from the co-host, highly recommended for visiting Puno.

Within walking distance of groceries, mercado, and all the Centro Histórico has to offer. The apartment is clean and spacious. We had a slight problem with check-in that was resolved fairly quickly.

Spacious and clean place. We had all the comforts and Maria was always ready to help us with anything. Just one detail, the ceiling height of the stairs to go up to the other rooms is low and one has to bend over to pass. Everything else, it was very good.
