A really lovely place to stay. Although we arrived early we were welcomed in and had all our questions answered. Gonzales was so kind helping us to find a taxi to the fumery towers. In the morning he got up super early to make us a delicious breakfast before we caught our bus and also packed us some fruit for our road trip. The hotel is very centrally located. I highly recommend it.

100% recommended, superior to the expectations generated, an old building restored and conditioned in very good condition, located in the entire central square (Plaza de Armas) at the front of the cathedral in a safe area and surrounded by places and establishments of interest to tourists, very good value for the service and personal treatment (as in most of the region) is very good, friendly people and attentive to resolve concerns.

Staying with Benito, Johnny & Julia was really special! The hospitable family has made an incredible effort in all respects to give us a great experience on their island! After dinner, we were all even brought a hot water bottle to bed. Dinner is not included in the price, but will be prepared on request for an additional charge. Thank you so much for everything! The accommodation is absolutely recommended!

Amazing people and amazing place! Highly recommended.

The staff were really welcoming & friendly. They changed our room from a twin to a double which was greatly appreciated. They also let us store our luggage and wait in the lobby before our bus came which was a life saver as it was raining all day in Puno! Breakfast was a continental buffet.

The accommodation is just amazing. With a prime location, I highly recommend it. In addition to this, Yoel comes to pick you up at the port in a very well-prepared boat, a very attentive host. We asked for dinner and wine to be brought to us, warm and delicious. I would certainly repeat again

Unbelievably beautiful. The hosts are so nice. Make sure you have everything to have a good stay. The food they cook for you is very good. They will help you set up tours around lake titicaca as well.

Javier and his family on their island are amazingly sweet and welcoming people. I really enjoyed my stay with them! Javier was nice to pick me up in his boat and sail me to a restaurant. On top of this, he showed me their area; the schools and the church - which was very exciting. We had a lot of good and interesting conversations. Thank you for your hospitality!

Was unsure if we were in the right place place when we arrived as the street is lined with doors. The receptionist, Nancy popped out and introduced herself and for our whole study she was fantastic.
