Villa holiday rentals in Pulsano

We were 3 friends that stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The home is very clean and charming with beautiful surroundings. The hosts greeted us warmly upon arriving with sweet welcome gifts and explanations of the home and have a book of recommendations for the area. The home has an alarm system that was a bit challenging to work at first but eventually got the hang of it which was a nice feature. It is closer to Cisternino than Ostuni and you’ll definitely need a car as it is more remote from the towns. We had a couple challenges, but they were very quick to respond and come over within 10min to address anything we needed help with which was amazing (even very late at night). Overall, a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay with really lovely and helpful hosts.

We’ve had a few holidays in Puglia but this was the first staying at Rebecca’s place. She was a very attentive host and we were also grateful to have Mattia nearby (and on the phone) if we had any urgent questions. The decor and the landscaping were finished beautifully. All the amenities worked well and the place was so clean!! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Truly wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The best AirBnB experience we have ever had. Felt more like a luxury villa than anything. The pool is brilliant, the home is so well kept and the finishing touches delightful. The Aircon means you are cool and the support from Massimo and his team was great. Cannot wait to go back. Great venue for kids.

This masseurs was very comfortable and suited our family of six very well. Set in the quiet countryside with pool to relax by , it was a short drive to major towns

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. We had a fantastic stay. The house with the pool is very beautiful. Its quiet with a nice view, a bit outside of the next city. So there are not many houses around. The comunication was perfect, very helpful and fast with a lot of great tips for activities or restaurants. Thanks a lot!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Sergio’s villa was the perfect house for our family vacation. We had 8 people sleeping comfortably. The house is beautiful, especially the pool which was incredible. The location was well situated between beaches and towns like Ostuni. Sergio and Vittoriana were accommodating and helped us when there were power outages in the town. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

A really beautiful and very spacious villa, I only stayed for one night but I will definitely be back in summer. Wonderful pool as well as the main kitchen manicured garden and ample internal parking very comfortable for those like me who want to leave the car safely. Casa Mamita is a classy property surrounded by olive trees. The pool was perfect, great size and fantastic position right at the heart of the land. Lots of nooks and cosy areas for people to chill, enjoy a drink, have fun. Kitchen is full of tools, pans, everything you need (second fridge was a great addition). Super clean property through out, hosts are very responsive. We loved everything about Casa Mamita. A car is a must since taxi around this location are very expensive

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. Beautifully renovated apartment close to Ostuni and Cegli Messapica. We had a wonderful stay with our family, amazing pool and very nice accommodation. Definitely would recommend this place for a lovely stay in Puglia!

Gorgeous home in a beautiful olive grove, even a trullo next door. Great spot to relax with the pool, plenty of divine places nearby to visit. Angela was very welcoming and full of terrific tips. Wish we’d stayed longer

Absolutely stunning place, even better than the photos. The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. The main event was the outside space - huge swimming pool with tiered steps leading in, perfect for our 3 year old. Large enough to do a proper swim. Lovely decked area where we would sit and drink our tea in the morning, large table and chairs where we would eat dinner. Massive garden and everything looked beautiful, we loved the purple flower wall where we would watch the bees and butterflies (and spotted some hummingbird moths which were pretty cool). Stefano was the perfect host, staying in touch when our flight was late and providing lots of info about the area. He was always at the end of a message if we needed something. He saved us on the night we arrived as he had kindly left a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat. Lots of places within easy driving distance - we loved Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello.

This enchanting place matched our expectations...The calm of the Valley of Itria surrounded by almond trees, olive trees. the surrounding villages that bloom good the authenticity and beauty of Puglia. we feasted our eyes and taste buds helped by the advice of our charming host. So beautiful - even better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Four of us each with our own bedroom. Beautiful home in such a beautiful location close to many local towns. Owner was lovely - went above and beyond for us. Thinking of coming back for a longer stay next time.

A very nice and newly renovated house. Everything was modern, tidy and thoughtful. The pool area was lovely and well planned. A large pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, etc. We stayed there about a week and made several excursions - the location is great starting point for seeing other cities. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We stayed two adults and two children and were well suited for us with double bathrooms and two bedrooms. Top rated - just book! We would be glad to come back!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country lanes all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. There are no surprises here. It is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, peaceful, gorgeous pool, comfortable, safe. Would definitely rent again. We loved every minute!

I have no words to say about this beautiful place and the host Maria and her whole family We had the most memorable 3 nights in locorotondo Puglia Maria and her husband took care of all the needs while our stay and arranged everything to celebrate my bday at her beautiful villa She touched my heart so much I felt like I went to one of my family member’s house Had an amazing pizza night that they made in the wood fire grill that they have in the premises I would highly recommend this place for anybody who wants have a wonderful stay !
