Villa holiday rentals in Pulsano

Très bien située pour visiter tous sites du sud des Pouilles à la journée, cette maison est magnifique avec un grand espace extérieur. Les espaces intérieurs sont grands et beaux, la cuisine très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La piscine est un peu loin de la maison et il y a un bâtiment en construction dans le jardin ce qui gâche un peu la vue c’est dommage. Mais l’ensemble est tout de même très agréable !

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. This was one of my absolute favorite places we have ever stayed. Jessica is extremely responsive and very kind. Our family had a little trouble finding the location and Jessica called me back when we had difficulty. She also checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. This property is extraordinarily beautiful and feels charming, homey, and so relaxing. I really want to return! Thank you Jessica and Velia for your hospitality! Una casa soñada. Amplia, con vista al mar y con todas las comodidades. Todo nuevo, artefactos de cocina, microondas, lavavajillas, etc Lo mismo la batería de cocina y la vajilla. Ropa de cama impecable, camas cómodas. Buenos baños. Amplio estacionamiento. Finalmente, fuimos diligentemente atendidos por Tiziana, que estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Una estadía inolvidable

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, les photos ressemblent totalement à la villa. La villa est neuve et magnifique, nous sommes d’ailleurs étonnés d’avoir trouvé une location de ce type tellement nous nous y sommes plus! N’hésitez pas foncer! (En plus il y a un Lidl à deux minutes en voiture pour le petit déjeuner et courses!)

Soggiorno perfetto! Cosimo e Letizia sono stati host meravigliosi, dal check-in ai consigli su spiagge e ristoranti locali. La villa è come nelle foto e dotata di tutti i comfort. Un paradiso nel Salento. È stata molto gradita la pulizia a metà soggiorno. Speriamo di tornare presto!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Puglia. It is central to many interesting towns, vineyards, and so on, and is a great place to relax and spend family time as we did. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom so each group of my family that visited with us had their own private spaces. The shared common rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are tremendous as well, between the lounge chairs and dining tables, pool, BBQ, and large lawn full of olive and other fruit trees. The pool isn’t heated but was warm enough from the sun in mind-May for us to take a dip. I also highly recommend the Trulli and Dimore company! Their team was very responsive throughout our stay and quick to offer help when we needed it with specifics about the house or local recommendations. We look forward to staying at one of their properties again!

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing holiday at Vincenzo’s villa! The villa was perfect for a big group of 13 friends, with all of the rooms being spacious doubles with en suites. The outdoor kitchen was great as was the pool area, and halfway through our stay Vincenzo installed a volleyball court! The villa was also a good walking distance into Ostuni, so really a perfect location - we had an incredible holiday!

If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and Anna was a wonderful host to us. Anna met us on arrival (even though we arrived a little later than expected) and arranged both a welcome basket and locally made croissants for our first morning (delicious!). The villa itself is beautiful with amazing facilities, we wished we could have stayed longer and hope we can visit again another time. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning place, even better than the photos. The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. The main event was the outside space - huge swimming pool with tiered steps leading in, perfect for our 3 year old. Large enough to do a proper swim. Lovely decked area where we would sit and drink our tea in the morning, large table and chairs where we would eat dinner. Massive garden and everything looked beautiful, we loved the purple flower wall where we would watch the bees and butterflies (and spotted some hummingbird moths which were pretty cool). Stefano was the perfect host, staying in touch when our flight was late and providing lots of info about the area. He was always at the end of a message if we needed something. He saved us on the night we arrived as he had kindly left a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat. Lots of places within easy driving distance - we loved Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello.

Off the beaten track but not too far to get to some of the gorgeous towns in Pulgia! We had a lovely stay at Jerome’s, it was so peaceful and we lived swims in the pool. Jerome was very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

We were 3 friends that stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The home is very clean and charming with beautiful surroundings. The hosts greeted us warmly upon arriving with sweet welcome gifts and explanations of the home and have a book of recommendations for the area. The home has an alarm system that was a bit challenging to work at first but eventually got the hang of it which was a nice feature. It is closer to Cisternino than Ostuni and you’ll definitely need a car as it is more remote from the towns. We had a couple challenges, but they were very quick to respond and come over within 10min to address anything we needed help with which was amazing (even very late at night). Overall, a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay with really lovely and helpful hosts.

Ett väldigt fint och nyrenoverat hus. Allt var modernt, välstädat och genomtänkt. Poolområdet var härligt och välplanerat. En stor pool, utomhusdusch, utomhuskök osv. Vi bodde där ungefär en vecka och gjorde flera utflykter - läget är bra utgångspunkt för att se andra städer. Värden var väldigt trevlig och snabb att svara på eventuella frågor. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn och var väl tilltaget för oss med dubbla badrum och två sovrum. Toppbetyg - bara att boka! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

Stefanias Haus Nicht an einer naturgeschützten Küste, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, von die man von überall das Meer sieht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt ins Stefanias Haus und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, ist dieser Ort ein absolutes Paradies und Stefania ist eine Uneingeschränkt hervorragende Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit alles tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Da wir unseren Hund Anton dabei hatten, war der große Garten auch für ihn ein perfekter Ort. Von dem Gelände aus kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge über kleine Feldwege auch bis hinunter zum Meer machen. Die Küste in dieser Region ist atemberaubend schön mit vielen kleinen buchten und herrlichen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir können Stefania und ihren paradiesischen Garten uneingeschränkt empfehlen. I have no words to say about this beautiful place and the host Maria and her whole family We had the most memorable 3 nights in locorotondo Puglia Maria and her husband took care of all the needs while our stay and arranged everything to celebrate my bday at her beautiful villa She touched my heart so much I felt like I went to one of my family member’s house Had an amazing pizza night that they made in the wood fire grill that they have in the premises I would highly recommend this place for anybody who wants have a wonderful stay ! Thank u and your whole family who looked after me and my family so well !

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Trulli-Haus mit guter Ausstattung, alles war neu und sauber. Drinnen hat es Platz für 6 Personen, ist aber entsprechend der Natur des Gebäudes eher eng. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist fantastisch, ruhig und privat, inmitten von Olivenhainen. Entsprechend ist es etwas abgelegen, rund 10min mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt, aber perfekt für Entspannung auf dem Land.
