Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

Wir haben die Villa geliebt! Das Interior Design ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Die Villa ist an einer sehr ruhigen und atemberaubender Lage in aber dennoch sind genügend Möglichkeiten in wenigen Autominuten in der Umgebung erreichbar. Claudia war sehr zuvorkommend und klärte unsere Anfragen schnell ab. Maria Luisa war während unseres gesamtes Aufenthaltes stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und stellte uns Empfehlungen zusammen. Sie organisierte einen Kochkurs in der Villa, welcher auf unsere Wünsche angepasst war und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Wir können die Villa empfehlen nur empfehlen.

We had a lovely time staying here. The Trullo itself is great - an amazing building and very well equipped - we had everything that we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful and there’s lots of it - situated in beautiful countryside. Apart from the occasional night of loud music from what seemed to be a nearby wedding venue it was very quiet and peaceful setting which was just what we were hoping for. We enjoyed visiting the local towns, and beaches near to Monopoli were stunning and only 25 min drive but mainly we enjoyed resting at the property and using the pool! Veronique was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We would love to come back sometime!

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

We loved the house! Renovated with all modern comforts but kept the rustic charm. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The back garden with pool was a dream. Highly recommended to add the breakfast option. Ada the housekeeper prepared an extraordinary breakfast table for us daily! Would book again next time we are in Puglia.

The place is so beautiful, spacious, peaceful and super stylish. We really loved relaxing by the pool, enjoying breakfast on the terrace each morning and the view was stunning! In the area there are some beautiful authentic villages where we went to have a little walk and diner. The combination of culture and relaxation was perfect for us. Also our host was incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend this villa to who’s looking for a relaxing vacation or even a workation because the internet is super fast! We will definitely be back!

Logement agréable en rez-de-chaussée, à 12 minutes à pied du centre. La terrasse et le parking sont un vrai plus. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré, et Michele est très accueillant et serviable. Quelques petits ajustements d’entretien et d’équipement rendraient le tout parfait, mais nous avons globalement été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Belle maison de ville avec une terrasse de toit exceptionnelle. Excellente literie. La ville de Grottaglie est très jolie. Nous n'avons pas vu Mario ou Francesca mais ils étaient toujours très réactifs et nous avons reçu en cadeau a notre arrivée une très bonne bouteille de vin et des biscuits !

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à la Villa Grandi Fiori. La situation est idéale : à deux pas du charmant village d’Oria, au cœur des Pouilles, un point de départ parfait pour explorer la région. La villa est vraiment superbe : spacieuse, confortable et aménagée avec goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner avec plaisir pendant notre séjour. Plusieurs terrasses entourent la maison, parfaites pour profiter du soleil ou de l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le jardin, entièrement entouré de haies, nous a offert une intimité totale et une tranquillité absolue – un véritable havre de paix. Merci à Ingrid et Piet pour votre accueil chaleureux. C’était un plaisir de faire votre connaissance. La Villa Grandi Fiori est sans aucun doute une adresse où l’on rêve déjà de revenir !

El sabor de Italia en un pueblo. La Puglia tiene mucho encanto y pueblos, como Ceglie Messapica, que te hacen sumergirte e impregnarte de algo especial. La ubicación del la casita de Pierangelo es PERFECTA. Situada en una zona peatonal tranquila pero cerca de la bella Plaza del Plebiscito, centro neurálgico del pueblo. Hemos pasado 5 días estupendos y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos por lo que respecta la casita, además de muy acogidos por la amabilidad de Pierangelo. En resumen mil Gracias !! PD: SUPER IMPORTANTE, es un MUST la visita a su restaurante IL FICO. Una atención exquisita y comida de alto nivel en un entorno precioso. No os lo podéis perder.

super séjour, à 5mn à pied d'une magnifique plage, 10mn du bourg. logement simple mais très agréable, très calme. nous nous sommes ressourcé et reposé. la dolce vita. merci à Alessandro pour son accueil !!!

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als abgebildet! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles zur verfügung. Sie haben sogar noch extra Baby-Utensilien organisiert als ich sagte, dass unsere 10 monat alte tochter dabei sein wird. Das zentrum ist super zu fuss erreichbar. Süsse kleine stadt mit einkausmöglichkeiten und guten restaurants. für an den strand sind wir jeweils mit dem auto nach torre lapillo gefahren

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen, eingebettet in eine liebliche Landschaft. In der Küche fehlen leider einige Utensilien, um selber kochen zu können (Schäler, gute Pfannen, Müslischalen unter anderem). Wäre toll, wenn das ergänzt würde. Ansonsten waren wir äusserst zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr gerne für eine Woche bei Erminia & Mimmo zu Gast und haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle auch für die sehr herzliche Begrüßung und den tollen Kuchen, den Wein, den riesigen Obstkorb und die Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Die Familie hat einige Tiere wie Katzen, Ziege, Enten und Hühner, Esel, die uns sehr schnell ans Herz gewachsen sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Woche war zu kurz. Die Lage ist ein hervorragend, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Apuliens zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.
