Family-friendly holiday rentals in Puerto Madero

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We loved Laura's flat. It is old fashioned, a great balcony for meals, very peaceful and had everything we needed. It is extremely well located on the edge of Recoleta. We would stay there if it is available the next time we go to Buenos Aires

We are very pleased with our stay! The apartment is super clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the location in Palermo is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to prepare quick meals. The heating worked perfectly, the environment is very quiet and the bedding was impeccably clean and fragrant. Cíntia was an attentive, helpful and very flexible host with the check-out, which made all the difference in our experience. We felt at home and we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent, as a criticism I would only say that the mattress is a little uncomfortable. But as for the rest of the facilities, location and service, everything was a 10!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Daniela was very kind in all the inquiries I made and in the instructions she gave, the apartment is quite spacious and beautiful. I will leave out a few things that were not so important to me, since I left very early in the morning and returned very late at night, because I was alone, but perhaps it is good to mention if you are a couple/family: - Hot water only allows showers of about 5 minutes and to be able to use it again you have to wait about half an hour. - The kitchen is electric induction - The kitchen has an electric oven, I missed a microwave - It's quite cold, but it had an electric heater and air conditioning. - There are no windows to the outside, there is a window but it overlooks a wall. - The bed and pillows were a bit hard, but they do the job. - It has everything you need to eat: cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator, kitchen, oven, etc. - Everything was very clean - Daniela left some cookies that saved me a lot for the day I arrived.

The apartment is really beautiful and has everything you need and more! the location is perfect for visiting and enjoying Buenos Aires, close to everything.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable for a couple. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The only detail is that the sliding door from the bedroom to the living room did not work, it would make it even better if it could be fixed.

Tomas is a great host - communicative, attentive, friendly and lots of recommendations. The apartment has all the amenities you’d need and plenty of linen, towels etc to make your stay homely. It’s very near transport links and great eating places. There are also a lot of amenities in the building. Definitely recommend!

Florencia's Place was the perfect start to our Argentinian Experience! It was easy to find, a quick uber/taxi from the airport. It matched the description perfectly, the only thing we didn't see or hear of was the washer. But it was a wonderful stay, in great location and a wonderful book of recommendations! Would highly suggest staying here if visiting Argentina. Thank you Florencia & Cecilia! :)

wonderful host, answered me quickly and generally. was understandable with our schedules. the apartment is great, clean, ideal size, safe, easy and practical. We love it. It is close to tourist spots and easy access to subway and bus.
