Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto Madero

The victory space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

It was amazing to stay in this apartment I highly recommend it! Be sure to go to the San Telmo fair on Sundays and visit De Los Cojones, which was fantastic! It is very close to all the great tango bars. If you are LGBT, there is a La Greko bar on the corner with very good service and good drinks! Fernando was a great host. I would definitely come back more often if I were to do things in the Puerto Madero /San Telmo region

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Julia’s apartment was amazing! It was just as she had listed on the app. She was super communicative and flexible with us on our early arrival. Everything from the receptionists, the spacious and beautiful apartment, and the location were spectacular. Julia was an amazing host. I would recommend this place to any first time travelers to the city and hope to come back here soon!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. Excellent apartment! I have nothing to complain about. They were kind, positive about everything I asked for. The apartment is super quiet for those who are bothered by minimal noise! There is no carpet in the room, for those who are allergic. Clean, huge TV in the living room. Very complete kitchen! Worth every penny. And, on top of everything, super safe. Right on the block of the women's bridge. There is no parking, but you can park on the street and pay through the app. Small gym but has several machines. It has a pool, too. Great apartment! Nothing to complain about! I guarantee you'll have a wonderful stay! Check-in is super easy. You even get the key, which makes it much easier! Communication with the host is a 10! Thank you very much I have nothing to complain about. And I'm a pain!
