We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all necessary and clean material. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find him and told me. I later discovered that the lost object was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The reception staff are always helpful, careful about the building's security, and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

A wonder! A super-equipped apartment from dishes to appliances that solve your day to day. Everything is very well taken care of, like new! Florencia and María Inés are in all the details, which makes you really want to come back. I had to work and the internet service was impeccable. This has been one of the best, if not the best, Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was a bit hesitant about the location at first, but this place is a true gem in San Rafael, Mendoza. If you’re exploring the region, it’s a must. The view from the living room over the vineyard is breathtaking. Monica was super kind, and Marco contacted us right after we booked. We saw little fox, horses, and even a gaucho on horseback with his dogs, such a magical experience. The house is even better than the photos: spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy during the fall, with great water pressure and hot showers. The asador is amazing, especially with those views. The house is close to the Atuel River—don’t miss a walk in the area. It’s perfect for families, couples, or friends. We loved it so much that we extended our stay another night. This place is truly special, peaceful, authentic, and worth every penny. A highlight of our trip to Mendoza!

The house is little bit old, but authentic, with unique furniture! The location is pretty good - quiet but nearby from the main beautiful places in the city. The owner is friendly and responsible

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

We had a great time visiting Buenos Aires. Carolina’s place is wonderful for families, super spacious, kitchen is extremely equipped, super calm, quiet and clean. Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds and markets. Highly recommend, super convenient. Host is super responsive and great communication!

The cottage is amazing, it is a peaceful place in the heart of the steppe. We were able to meet hares, birds, stargazing. The accommodation is really fantastic, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to spend a stay. The setting is really fantastic. Thanks again to Mauro who is very kind for this fabulous stay 🤩

Daniela was very kind in all the inquiries I made and in the instructions she gave, the apartment is quite spacious and beautiful. I will leave out a few things that were not so important to me, since I left very early in the morning and returned very late at night, because I was alone, but perhaps it is good to mention if you are a couple/family: - Hot water only allows showers of about 5 minutes and to be able to use it again you have to wait about half an hour. - The kitchen is electric induction - The kitchen has an electric oven, I missed a microwave - It's quite cold, but it had an electric heater and air conditioning. - There are no windows to the outside, there is a window but it overlooks a wall. - The bed and pillows were a bit hard, but they do the job. - It has everything you need to eat: cutlery, plates, glasses, refrigerator, kitchen, oven, etc. - Everything was very clean - Daniela left some cookies that saved me a lot for the day I arrived.

The house is beautiful! The photos reflect quite well what it is, but in person it is even more beautiful. It is super equipped The views are a dream, the whole environment adds a lot of peace and beauty to the experience. Serena's service was excellent. He always responded quickly and willingly every time we wrote to him. Even when I told him that one of the hair dryers wasn't working, he offered to replace it right away, although it wasn't necessary because there were two others available. When we arrived, he had already left the heating on so that we were comfortable from the first moment. He also recommended activities to do and places to shop, which was very helpful. The only thing to mention is that on the last day there was a general power outage throughout Bariloche, and they forgot to warn us. Since we hadn't charged the devices during the night, Serena was very understanding and allowed us to extend the check-out time to be able to charge cell phones in the car. 10/10

Everything is very good, bathrooms, bedroom, living room , kitchen, the blankets on the TV armchair, everything is excellent. The water flow both cold and hot, unbeatable. First of all, the house itself is worth noting. The huge garden, the home details in the house and above all the equipment. From the most basic things to a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and whatever you can think of and/or need. Comfort and cleanliness are outstanding. The service and hospitality of both Jorge and Patricia were unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Tomas is a great host - communicative, attentive, friendly and lots of recommendations. The apartment has all the amenities you’d need and plenty of linen, towels etc to make your stay homely. It’s very near transport links and great eating places. There are also a lot of amenities in the building. Definitely recommend!

Very well located apartment in Bariloche, close to Carrefour, bakeries, pharmacies and Kiosk, and a quiet distance to the main street. Everything was organized and communication with Alejandra was good. Just a few important points to note before booking: - There is no parking in the building, so for those who go by car or rent, you need to leave it on the street. - The checkout was inflexible, being at 10 am. As in winter, the day dawns later, be prepared to get out of bed early to get everything organized and leave on time.

The place is comfortable and has a great view. The location is strategic, close to main tourist sites. We arrived before our reservation and they were able to welcome us very kindly, from the reception staff to Silvio.
