Family-friendly holiday rentals in Puerto Madero

Amamos cada minuto que ficamos no apartamento de Alejandro, ele por si só é um amor de pessoa, deu várias dicas de onde ir e oque fazer ! A vista do apartamento é linda, a portaria funciona 24h, tem metrô, restaurantes e fast food próximo que da pra ir andando ! O prédio tem uma ótima estrutura com academia, sauna e até lavanderia (tem que reservara lavanderia). Ficamos 7 noite e tivemos total assistência de Alejandro respondia nosso whats sempre que podia, msm ele tbm estando de férias. Super recomendamos eu minha esposa e minha filha curtimos tudo !

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

El departamento es muy cómodo y completísimo, realmente no necesitas llevar nada para estar cómodo!!! La ubicación es inmejorable, zona tranquila cerca de todo. En el baño, impecable, encuentras amenities como en un 5*. También, en la cocina, café, te, azúcar,... Realmente Elizabeth se preocupa para que tu estancia sea agradable y cómoda!!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We loved Laura's flat. It is old fashioned, a great balcony for meals, very peaceful and had everything we needed. It is extremely well located on the edge of Recoleta. We would stay there if it is available the next time we go to Buenos Aires

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia! O apartamento é super limpo, a vista da sacada é maravilhosa e a localização em Palermo é excelente. A cozinha é bem equipada, com tudo que é necessário para preparar refeições rápidas. O aquecimento funcionou perfeitamente, o ambiente é muito silencioso e as roupas de cama estavam impecavelmente limpas e cheirosas. Cíntia foi uma anfitriã atenciosa, prestativa e bastante flexível com o check-out, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Nos sentimos em casa e com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui. Recomendo muito!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and memorable stay in Buenos Aires!

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Daniela fue muy amable en todas las consultas que le hice y en las instrucciones que entregó, el departamento es bastante amplio y bonito. Dejaré solo algunas cosas que para mi no fueron tan importantes, ya que salía muy temprano por la mañana y volvía muy de tarde por la noche, porque andaba solo, pero quizás es bueno mencionar si va un pareja/familia: - El agua caliente solo permite duchas de unos 5 minutos y para que vuelva a poder usarse hay que esperar como media hora. - La cocina es eléctrica de inducción - La cocina cuenta con horno eléctrico, eché en falta un microondas - Es bastante helado, pero contaba con un calentador eléctrico y aire acondicionado. - No hay ventanas al exterior, hay un ventanal pero que da a una muralla. - La cama y las almohadas eran algo duras, pero cumplen. - Tiene todo lo necesario para comer: cubiertos, platos, vasos, refrigerador, cocina, horno, etc. - Estaba muy limpio todo - Daniela dejo unas galletas que me salvaron mucho para el día que llegué.

El departamento es realmente hermoso y tiene todo lo que necesitas y mas! la ubicación es perfecta para visitar y disfrutar de Buenos Aires, cerca de todo.

Graciela was very helpful and kind from day one of the booking. The one-room flat is located in a central, safe area of Buenos Aires, parks and restaurants in walking distance, great access to public transport. I truly recommend the flat.

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo para una pareja. La ubicación es perfecta y las vistas son preciosas. El único detalle es que la puerta corrediza del cuarto al living no funcionaba, lo haría aún mejor si se pudiera solucionar.

O apartamento do Adrian está muito bem localizado, apesar de estar em uma avenida movimentada, não se escuta nenhum barulho no apartamento. O apartamento tem bom tamanho e bem equipado para 2 pessoas. Muitos bares e restaurantes perto. Recomendável !

Tomas is a great host - communicative, attentive, friendly and lots of recommendations. The apartment has all the amenities you’d need and plenty of linen, towels etc to make your stay homely. It’s very near transport links and great eating places. There are also a lot of amenities in the building. Definitely recommend!

We’ve felt really at home. Place was very clean and there is a lot to do in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it!

Florencia's Place was the perfect start to our Argentinian Experience! It was easy to find, a quick uber/taxi from the airport. It matched the description perfectly, the only thing we didn't see or hear of was the washer. But it was a wonderful stay, in great location and a wonderful book of recommendations! Would highly suggest staying here if visiting Argentina. Thank you Florencia & Cecilia! :)
