We lived for a month and are happy with everything) The windows overlook the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like at home. At night it is quiet, comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, Slavianka store is a 15-minute walk, and the sea is 16 minutes away. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the house has a good atmosphere)

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

Daniela and Brandon were great hosts. From the beginning the communication was very effective and they made us feel right at home. They gave us amazing tips to walk around and get to know. The place is as described, excellent location and accessibility. Walking from the bus and train station, and many restaurants, supermarkets and bars around, including the beach. Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The location is very good, and in the photos it looked very good, but when we arrived we were very surprised and for the better, it is even better than it looked. We were 2 couples, and without even asking, Raquel wrote to me to give me the option of entering before the time since she had it ready, and the same for the departure, something that we thank her very much for since we were going for a wedding and it complicated our bedtime. The apartment was super clean, all the details very well taken care of, you feel like you're in your own home. Raquel, the hostess, a 10, very nice and attentive and above all, thoughtful, since she took care of details such as leaving us some breakfast, a bottle of cold water, and even toothpaste and toothbrushes, as if she knew me and knew that I had forgotten mine🤣. Without a doubt, when we return to Gijón, we will return to your apartment if it is available.

The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.

Have a nice day in surprising Gijón. From 5 high you can see the dogs on the beach, the surfers in the sea, it never gets bored. Nice city and the apartment is in a great place.

Perfect accommodation to see Gijon and Asturias. The beach is just across the street and everything is within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, it saves stress, as a parking space in the underground car park is included. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Marte is very nice and sent us many recommendations from the area.

There are not enough stars to give Cristina and Begoña the recognition they deserve. A 5 for everything! The place is functional and with a very beautiful view from the living room towards the port and the sea. It is in Cimadevilla, the old town of Gijón, very beautiful and pleasant to walk to the most attractive places in the city. I recommend renting the city bikes, they are electric, cheap, easy to hire with the app and you move easily around Gijón. They are exceptional hosts: friendly, available at any time, proactive to offer good recommendations or bring something missing from the house. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Luis's place. The apartment offers the best views in Gijón, with the church and the beach from above, spectacular! Additionally, the place is very spacious and equipped with everything one could wish for. The location is unbeatable, close to the main attractions and with easy access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Gijón to the fullest. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is very good. Very spacious, comfortable beds and beach views.

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
