Just 100 meters from San Lorenzo beach, San Pedro Church, the town hall, and downtown Accommodation only available for couples and married couples with children. This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Everything was more than clean and tidy, completely pristine. It's the best apartment I've ever stayed. Avelino has always been attentive to everything, he responds almost instantly. It is an apartment equipped with everything you need, not a single detail is missing. It's totally worth staying in the apartment. It is impossible to be more satisfied with the choice of this apartment. A 10 in all aspects.

There are not enough stars to give Cristina and Begoña the recognition they deserve. A 5 for everything! The place is functional and with a very beautiful view from the living room towards the port and the sea. It is in Cimadevilla, the old town of Gijón, very beautiful and pleasant to walk to the most attractive places in the city. I recommend renting the city bikes, they are electric, cheap, easy to hire with the app and you move easily around Gijón. They are exceptional hosts: friendly, available at any time, proactive to offer good recommendations or bring something missing from the house. Thank you!

The best way to define the place is that we felt right at home. We find the apartment very clean, everything is very new, it has been a pleasure to be there to visit Asturias, and Gijón in particular.
