I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. The listing was exactly as described, and the central location within the resort made everything easily accessible. The instructions provided ahead of arrival were very clear and easy to follow – the inclusion of photos was especially helpful. Communication from the host throughout my stay was excellent, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Amazing, clean and easy to access accommodation! There are parking spaces right in front of the entrance. The pool is opposite, a stone's throw away. The air conditioning is a real plus. There is also a large dressing room! Mercedes was very welcoming, she gave us all the necessary information. Thanks for your hospitality! ☺️

It is really a very nice little apartment with quiet surroundings. I spent a week there with my two friends and we enjoyed it very much. The view is beautiful, and the apartment was clean and as described. You can use the pool, but the beach is also a 5-10 minute walk. Also, the nearest bus stop is a few minutes away. Recommended accommodation.

This is our second stay at Melanies apartment, and we will certainly return again. The apartment is on a very pleasant complex near to excellent restaurants and the beach. We loved or stay. Very quiet with a great pool. 5 minute walk to the coast path which we walked everyday. 5 miles to the nice marina. Will be back. We found the bed so comfortable

Adrian’s place was very clean and comfortable in a quiet area of town and had everything you needed whilst on holiday. The sea front was a good 10 to 15 minute walk … I would recommend it to anybody

Our stay at Alejandra's place was simply wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The property was exactly as described and photographed - clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. Alejandra is a fantastic host. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions we had promptly. The location is superb! We loved being within easy walking distance of both the beautiful beach and the charming local town. Having a Spar supermarket just a short walk away was also incredibly convenient. One of our favourite parts was the balcony. It's a fantastic spot to relax and soak up some sun rays. We absolutely loved our stay and are already dreaming of returning. Thank you, Alejandra, for such a memorable experience!

Great experience with a couple of friends, recommended home: clean, comfortable for 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each had its own independence, nice functional and perfectly equipped kitchen. Added value is definitely the beautiful and spacious hot tub with hot water made available to guests on the outdoor terrace. The first two days the bathtub had a problem but the owner was immediately attentive and caring by sending us a technician on the first non-working useful day and giving us a discount for the initial disruption, which is definitely not appreciated by everyone. It also allowed us to check out for a few hours without surcharge. We had a pleasant stay with all the comforts within reach. thanks for everything SIboney!

The house is very cozy and very well decorated. It is very small, a single space for kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. There is no table for eating, only a small bar with two high stools without a backrest, which is quite uncomfortable. There is the possibility of eating out if the weather allows it. The bathroom is large. Sufficient kitchen utensils in good condition. Clean bed and bath linen in good condition.

Wonderful stay at Casa Conchi in May 2025. The property is truly stunning, with an exceptional standard of decor, furniture and fittings. Spotlessly clean and everything as described. The roof terrace with seating area, loungers and hot tub is a real highlight of the property and a wonderful space for outside relaxation. Location is very convenient with the promenade and Playa Grande within 5-10 mins walk. Very convenient 15 minute drive to the airport. 2 x local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk also very handy. Communication with Naomi was easy, polite, professional and very responsive. This included a very swift response late in the evening (after 10.30pm) when I had to report a minor issue. Excellent service.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and also had everything that you needed, Located in a convenient place with a supermarket 2 minute walk away and lots of restaurants choices within 5 minutes the host was excellent, helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to restaurants and bars. The host always responded quickly to our messages. We requested a late check-out and, although there was an additional charge, the host was very kind in allowing it. I would recommend adding air conditioning to make the stay even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate and very spacious with all the amenities you could ask for on holiday and more. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and steam room, which added to the relaxed and quiet surroundings. The local town is nearby and you can catch the local bus or take a taxi into PDC. I have to recommend the local tapas and Chinese in Tias, both were fantastic. The locals are very friendly and are happy to help, if needed. The host, Nacho is very friendly too, and most accommodating, even took us a wee tour around the village of Tias. Everything in place for a chilled out holiday away from the drama of normal life. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
