Views from the windows in the direction of Iso-Syötte. The car and bikes can be parked in the carport. There is a warm storage area on the worktop and the possibility to maintain hobby equipment. The trails and hiking trails can be reached from the front door in minutes. Final cleaning and linens can be arranged separately for an additional fee

A neat cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Log cabin

The millhouse Myllytupa is a well-equipped log chalet in the village of Pudasjärvi Kipina. The cottage is located at the end of the island in the river. The cottage and sauna were completed in 2012 and have been renovated in 2023. The cottage covers an area of about 80 m2. The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and toilet, the cottage also includes a cold storage and a covered terrace. The cottage does not have a shower, but there is an idyllic, wood-burning yard sauna where the heater heats the water as well. collapses

Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Welcome to a holiday or remote work at a lovely cozy couple's cottage in Syöte, Pytkynharju. From the cottage yard opens up the magnificent landscapes of the Syöte hiking area and the National Park. You can go for mountain biking, hiking or skiing directly from the cottage yard. Feed services and ski resort are only minutes away by car (approx. 5km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. You can find all the elements for a relaxing holiday in the bosom of nature here!

With pets to a lakeside cabin to the Northeast

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
