I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new curtain triangle with a glazed balcony and sauna. A parking space with a pole next to the entrance. Step-free access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5km away. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop with two lines in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

Kodikkaassa 50 m² kaksiossa viihdyt kätevästi lähellä keskustan palveluja, mutta kuitenkin omassa rauhassa. Torille muutaman minuutin kävely, musiikkikeskus ja lähin kauppa noin 300 m päässä. Helppo saapua autolla, juna-asemalle 1,3 km. Keittiöstä löytyy astiat, aterimet ja välineet ruoanlaittoon. Olohuoneessa rentoudut sohvalla televisiota katsellen tai kirjaa lukien. Makuuhuoneessa työpöytä, jossa voi työskennellä läppärillä. Puhtaat liinavaatteet, peitot ja pyyhkeet löytyvät asunnosta.

Nauti elämän helppoudesta tässä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Remontoitu asunto sijaitsee korttelin päässä torilta, vain alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta (350 metriä). ikkunasta näet tuomiokirkon tornin, ja Kuopion ravintolaelämä odottaa vain kahden korttelin päässä! Asunnossa on 160 cm leveä parisänky, ja tarvittaessa myös sohvalle mahtuu majoittumaan yksi lisähenkilö (HUOM! nukkumatila rajoitettu; 180cm×85 cm). Asuntoon kuuluu myös maksuton autopaikka.

This flat is located only 10 min walk from the Kuopio city center next to the park Valkeinen. The flat is new and provides you porridge bar for breakfast. You can reach Kuopio University Hospital and Savilahti area easily by bus or walk (20 min). Kuopio City Theather, ice hockey arena and swimming hall is next to the apartment. Parking is easy near by. There are 4 beds available for adults and a travel cot with beddings for small children. A highchair and pot is also available when needed.

Come relax and enjoy good activation opportunities in this peaceful and stylish apartment. A new one-bedroom apartment with a private sauna in a good location. Sports facilities are excellent. The skier's dream when the trails leave right next to you, as well as the condominium's own ski maintenance space. The outdoor gym and pond 200m away allow for good outdoor activities. Peaceful milieu is also suitable for everything else. Now it's worth grabbing. This place fills up quickly.

The market or harbor is less than a mile away, so the city center and harbor are just around the corner with its diverse restaurants, shops, and events. Downstairs you will find K-Supermarket, lunch and quick restaurants, barbershop, and a flower shop. Next to the house is the Kuopio P Travel Center, which has a train and bus station.

Kodikas yksiö keittiöllä Maljalahdella. Rautatieasemalle ja matkakeskukselle 2 minuutin kävely, torille 10 minuuttia. Minna Canthin puisto, Hapelähteen puisto ( leikkipuisto, koripallokenttä, pingispöytä, luistelurata, sorsia yms) ja satama lähellä, lähin iso ruokakauppa on sataman S-market, minne pääsee kävellen seuraamalla maljapuron rantaa. Wide and cozy studio with kitchen in maljalahti, 2 minutes walk from railway station, 10min to marketsquare. Nearby park and harbour.

Bright studio at the heart of Kuopio. Lovely location: 300 meters to the market place, supermarkets and pharmacy. 500 meters to the railway & bus station.
