6 ski resorts right in the area. The ski bus to the Kaunertal Glacier is free. The stop is in front of the house. In summer, the hiking bus connection is very advantageous. For shopping you need your car. Parking for each apartment is available free of charge. One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, living room with sofa bed and fireplace with glass window. Kitchen line with Nespresso capsule machine.

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

What a fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time in this lovingly furnished Airbnb in Fendels. Everything was perfect – from the amenities to the cleanliness to the incredible tranquility. Everything was really thought of, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. We were hiking in the breathtaking mountain landscape, enjoyed the fresh air and nature and relaxed at the bathing lake in Ried. The recovery was total - exactly what we needed!
