Una casa bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, con tanto spazio, sia all'interno che all'esterno, immersa nella natura. I proprietari erano molto cordiali e felici di rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. È un luogo rilassante, un vero regalo

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

La casa in campagna è accogliente, immersa nella natura e perfettamente situata per visitare comodamente tante splendide città vicine. Un’oasi di pace che rende ogni giornata speciale: relax e scoperta a portata di mano. Consigliatissima!

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

Paola und William haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alles so liebevoll vorbereitet, so wie man es für gute Freunde tun würde! Danke, dass ihr den Pool eine Woche früher geöffnet habt, wir haben das sehr genossen und waren täglich schwimmen! Welch ein Luxus, so einen großen Pool ganz für sich zu haben! Haus und Pool sind eingebettet in perfekt gepflegte Grünanlagen mit Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin, Lavendel und vielem mehr. So viele schöne Ausflüge die man machen kann, aber des Schönste war es abends auf der Terrasse zu essen, über das weite Tal hinweg zu schauen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Ein Traum! Danke, dass wir den Traum bei euch leben durften!

Spruch meiner Frau wenige Minuten nach dem Check-in: "Das ist die sauberste Wohnung auf Airbnb ever." Vor Ort kümmerten sich Marcos Eltern, die im Haupthaus auf dem Grundstück wohnen, um uns: total sympatisch, gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die beiden warteten zu später Stunde vor dem Haus auf uns. Zuvor schnelle, problemlose Kommunikation mit Marco auf Englisch zur Abstimmung der Anreise. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, pi-co-bel-lo (!), gemütlich, funktionell, komplett ausgestattet. Die Jalousien sorgen für ein angenehm kühles Raumklima trotz der Junihitze. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Wifi war schnell genug für's Streamen der Nations League. Die Wohnung liegt "countryside" und war rundum perfekt für zwei Leute wie uns, die von hier aus zu ihren umbrischen Städtetouren und zur Bergtour auf den Monte Vettore aufbrachen.

Donkeys & Roses is a quiet, beautiful place! Enrico, Emilia and Domenico are great hosts. We loved feeding the donkeys each day and enjoying the pool! It is a great place for kids. We loved eating outside on our terrace enjoying the sounds of the birds and being greeted by domenicos dogs. I can only recommened this place who everyone who loves nature and peace and quiet and animals. Also the wine is great. We got a bottle of wine, a bottle of oil and some eggs as well as water!

Nell'appartamento di Maria Ida e Alessandro ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. C'era tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno e molto spazio oer due persone. La terrazza e il balconcino erano comunque i nostri posti preferiti per sederci all'aria fresca e sentire il canto degli uccellini. Alessandro e' stato di un ospitalita' e disponibilita' squisita. Torneremo volentieri.

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia di 6 elementi e cane di piccola taglia a seguito. Tutto perfetto, grazie Giulio.

Monolocale con parcheggio e giardino privato, a 5 mt dal lago. Ha tutto l'essenziale per farti sentire a casa e anche qualche accortezza in più come lo stendino e il phono, i saponi in bagno e cucina, e non trascurabile delle bottigliette di acqua in frigo. Host simpatici e professionali. Grazie mille di averci ospitato.

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Soggiorno ottimo nel centro storico di Viterbo. Appartamento ampio su due livelli, con due camere e un soggiorno con divano letto. Cucina al piano superiore con grazioso terrazzo con vista sui tetti della città. Appartamento pulito e istruzione di check in chiare.

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

l' appartamento è molto grande, attrezzato e pulito. Romina è un' ottima padrona di casa. consigliato.

Lovely quiet location with nice balcony looking out toward distant mountains. A 20min walk into town, but fine for us. There is a good bus service right around corner, and a huge shopping mall with lots of services. Claudia helped us out immediately when we needed. Bedroom and kitchen were fine. Tv had Netflix and Prime if needed. We really enjoyed our stay there and Terni itself, ideally located in a quiet place with great facilities . We used Terni as a mid way base to visit Rome and Assisi by train. Marmore falls area is also a great place to visit for a day, easy by bus from Terni.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

Ho fissato per mio figlio, che era a Viterbo per motivi di studio. È stata solo una notte ma si è trovato benissimo. Casa accogliente come descritta e Fabio gentilissimo e disponibile è venuto incontro alle particolari esigenze del ragazzo per check out. Lo ringrazio di nuovo per l’estrema disponibilità!

The private courtyard was amazing to relax in. The apt is small but so well laid out it felt super comfortable and relaxing. Bed was great. Our host was the best. Loved it all!!!! Highly recommended.
