Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Terni

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally likeable, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two of them waited for us in front of the house at a late hour. Prior to that, quick, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds ensure a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the property, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

Donkeys & Roses is a quiet, beautiful place! Enrico, Emilia and Domenico are great hosts. We loved feeding the donkeys each day and enjoying the pool! It is a great place for kids. We loved eating outside on our terrace enjoying the sounds of the birds and being greeted by domenicos dogs. I can only recommened this place who everyone who loves nature and peace and quiet and animals. Also the wine is great. We got a bottle of wine, a bottle of oil and some eggs as well as water!

We immediately felt at home in Maria Ida and Alessandro's apartment. There was everything you could need and plenty of space for two people. The terrace and the balcony were still our favorite places to sit in the fresh air and hear the birds singing. Alessandro was extremely hospitable and helpful. We will gladly return.

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 meters from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and also a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Lovely quiet location with nice balcony looking out toward distant mountains. A 20min walk into town, but fine for us. There is a good bus service right around corner, and a huge shopping mall with lots of services. Claudia helped us out immediately when we needed. Bedroom and kitchen were fine. Tv had Netflix and Prime if needed. We really enjoyed our stay there and Terni itself, ideally located in a quiet place with great facilities . We used Terni as a mid way base to visit Rome and Assisi by train. Marmore falls area is also a great place to visit for a day, easy by bus from Terni.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

The private courtyard was amazing to relax in. The apt is small but so well laid out it felt super comfortable and relaxing. Bed was great. Our host was the best. Loved it all!!!! Highly recommended.
