We felt very comfortable with Danilo and his wife. The two are very warm and you have the feeling of visiting family. The place is also great and we thought it was a pity that we only planned one night here as a stopover and didn't stay longer. We will certainly visit the beautiful place of Orvieto again and we would be pretty stupid if we didn't stay with Danilo and his wife again :-) Thank you!

Only stayed one night, but everything was great. Walked up to town for dinner and great breakfast in the AM. Staff was kind and helpful! Will stay again if I’m in the area.

We had a great time at the Chiara farmhouse, located in the middle of the greenery and tranquility with a beautiful view of this enchanting region. Chiara was really very helpful and kind; in addition to the detailed information about Narni and the region, she worked to prepare an extraordinary vegan tart, meeting our food needs with a great heart; and yes, as they already wrote in several breakfast, it was truly wonderful By stopping to talk a little bit, we discovered a very good person, to whom we want to express our gratitude and wish all the best. Also, the cleanliness of the house, punctuality, and communication were great. Since we would like to return to the area, we would very much like to be able to return to Chiara. Thank you.

Malgoratza (Margherita in Italian) is a guest who makes you feel from the first moment a very welcome guest, in a very particular bucolic dimension, with all the comforts of a small resort!

The house is in the center, a short distance from Civita, very convenient for walking to the ghost town. Thank you Sandra for the beautiful atmosphere, for the welcome, and for the abundant breakfast with everything prepared at home, we really appreciated it!

The surrounding environment was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The house is located right by the roadside, so it was very easy to find. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host’s parents — they were fairly friendly and talkative. They even taught us quite a bit of Italian! Despite the language barrier, we had a truly enjoyable conversation. The room was much better than in the photos — such a lovely surprise! Everything was spotless and full of character. We really hope to stay here again next time!

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

Great experience. Very kind host: he made us find the apartment already heated as well as very clean and well-stocked for a great breakfast. New structure, with two comfortable rooms, each with a very comfortable and spacious private en-suite bathroom. The house also has everything you need to travel with the little ones. We'll be back with pleasure

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

We only spent one night but we would have been happy to stay longer, we were very welcomed with our two medium/large size dogs, they had all the space they wanted to roam free, by our fault we did not make dinner but we will definitely return to taste the wild boar or truffle bugs that they would have prepared for us.... the room is beautiful and cozy and has a kitchen available that we used, in the morning for breakfast we found delicious homemade cakes. Great location right along the path of the quiet villages... we'll be back the first time thanks to Franco and Romedia

We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!

Staying with Natascia was a truly heartwarming and unforgettable experience. She welcomed us with open arms, picking us up from the valley so my grandfather wouldn’t have to walk uphill. Her beautiful home, full of warmth and peace, lies between the Santuario Francescano and the village Greccio itself. She prepared a delicious homemade dinner, shared laughter, wonderful conversations, and made us feel completely at ease with her natural and genuine kindness. Our rooms were cozy and spotless, and waking up to a breathtaking sunrise over the valley was pure magic. After a lovely breakfast, Natascia even drove us to the village of Greccio so we could enjoy a peaceful walk back to her home — and later surprised us with a little trip to Franciscan sites before bringing us into the center of Rieti. Her generosity, warmth, and beautiful spirit touched our hearts deeply. We are so grateful and would return anytime without hesitation. Highly recommended!

It was a magnificent stay. There is a heavenly tranquility and a great panorama between the many olive trees. Graziella welcomed me very nicely and was always available. You can use a kitchen and have breakfast. Bevagna is a beautiful place. Assisi, Spello and other places are easy to reach by car. I can highly recommend it and will go there again myself.
