Fantastic stay in a magical place. It is a small, quiet village, but at the same time it has everything you need: cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and above all: friendly people. The apartment is very spacious and provided with everything you need. The hosts provide herbs, soap, detergent, coffee. Super! The roof terrace is a gem: always sunny! We stayed to celebrate holidays and to work, and that is quite possible because the wifi is super. Close to the forest, Lago di Vico and Viterbo. In short: you don't have to be bored for a moment. The host is easily accessible and always friendly. Please note: the Abbazia makes a lot of noise, all day long. So sleeping in is not an option ;-)

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

The house is neat and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought ingredients from the surrounding supermarkets to enjoy a delicious dinner.The balcony of the master bedroom of the room is facing the lake, the view is very good, the balcony is under the restaurant bar, you can walk by the lake downstairs.Luca is very nice, very timely feedback on the questions we asked, smooth check-in, because of the sudden charge of the parking lot, Luca also took the initiative to provide us with breakfast, if there is a chance, we will stay again.Wishing Luca a prosperous business and a wealth of financial success!

Daniela was very kind and very helpful as well as being a serious and professional host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for reaching the main attractions of the area, which are really many. A special mention should be made of the outdoor area, which is very well equipped and ideal for an afternoon nap after returning from the visits. We would like to thank Daniela again for her exquisite hospitality in the hope of being able to return soon to visit these beautiful places.

In a fictional medieval setting with the castle of Arronne rising behind us , the morning fog submitting us dramatically we lived moments of exceptional and unforgettable . With a point of stay the apartment we made excellent routes in the incredible nature riverside on the Nera River, we visited with long hikes on the mountain to Monteluko, Spoleto, the waterfalls of Marmore, Lake Piedi Loukos, Spelo and we left the room to go Assisi . Staying incredibly quiet with great restaurants coffee bars in the area . The owner was extremely polite explanatory present through phone contact at any time he was useful for issues regardless of the stay and the apartment but very important for the quality of our vacation and the ease of our transportation.

We had a great time at Francesca's place. Super clean, super cozy and functional, she was always very kind, also suitable for our 2 four-legged friends!! Scheggino is a wonderful village.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

House well beyond expectations, very quiet area, surrounded by very kind people. The house itself is much better than in the photos,very bright, the kitchen offers all the comforts you may need, the dining area comfortable and spacious, the spacious bedrooms, comfortable and well organized bathrooms. The whole house is well cleaned and with the addition of accessories such as soap, washing machine, cleaning material, which make the welcome at home. Raffaella is beautiful, very kind, ready to help and advise, immediately responsive in her responses and to meet everyone's needs. Let's not forget the beautiful terrace and the large garden equipped with a large pool that I had the pleasure of being able to try. Fastello is a small frazione close to many areas of culture and Montegrotto that offers everything. Also the bus stop is a few steps away. Staying here was a real pleasure.

We had a great stay at Anna's house. It was just as described, very beautiful and peaceful. Anna was very helpful during our stay, answering to all our questions quickly.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment in Todi and we enjoyed it just as much for this longer stay. The apartment is very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Todi. Location is great, everything is an easy walk away. The host was friendly and responsive and very flexible for our check in. The parking permit is a bonus. We would not hesitate to stay again next time we visit Todi.

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

Omar is a very kind and helpful host, his mother Nella warmly welcomed us at check-in by carefully explaining the characteristics of the house. The apartment is very clean and looks like the photos. We recommend it as it is also in an ideal location for those who want to visit the Terni area and surroundings.

I was very happy for ten days in my small, but perfectly formed apartment…and I would have been happy for even longer. The stairs in the palazzo have somewhat uneven wear and are perhaps not for everyone, but it is a privilege to be at home in this historic building. Luisa's design eye is outstanding. When I return to Viterbo I hope to stay in this apartment again.

super centrally located. Beautiful view of one of the squares of the city from the balcony of the apartment. The use of Stefano's private parking space made things much easier. All around a great stay. Thanks to Stefano.

The location is quiet, Lara is very kind available for needs and at the same time despite living in the same building (the house has a separate entrance) it is reserved and not at all intrusive. We stayed two weeks with friends and 4 children who have all the space to have fun especially thanks to the beautiful large pool equipped with sun loungers and space to lean on or eat . It has a barbecue we used a couple of times . Near Terni, nice things to visit . The description of the house is correct in every aspect : bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms . New windows and mosquito nets. In short, recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria , or Lazio . An hour by train from Rome .

A good place to stay and a good host. It's one night, but I had a good rest.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
