Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Terni

Everything was super!!! Alessandra was very nice and attentive to us. The house is 2 steps from the lake, where you can enjoy a beautiful view. Great for a weekend with family or friends !! I highly recommend it 😊😊

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a fantastic choice, clean and accurate in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast that Raffaella prepared for us when we woke up! Thanks so much for everything!

Incredible view and location, having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the most beautiful landscape was a real highlight. The cave inside the apartment is great and you can buy tasty local wine. We had no reception when we arrived but there is some wifi in the apartment. Tiziana and Luigi are really friendly and welcoming and check-in and out was easy. Would highly recommend and love to come back.

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family! The property is spectacular, with all of the amenities one might need and lots of charm. Andrea is an exemplary host. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful house, its' privacy, amazing landscape, comfortable swimming pool, and the warm hospitality.

Roberto’s place was truly beautiful on the lake. It was so serene and peaceful with natural beauty everywhere. We loved this place! Roberto gave us great restaurant suggestions and was always available for questions. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Bolsena which is equally picturesque. We would love to return.

I spent a weekend at the lake house, a charming place right on the lake. The house is clean and tidy, there is everything you could need. The large garden and the possibility of grilling made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the host (Claudia) is a kind and very helpful person. He gave us various useful tips about the area and always responded promptly to our messages and needs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!! Thank you!!

The house is small but well maintained with everything you need. Especially the garden is great, providing shadow and a safe place to play for our 1 and 3 year old girls. On top of that, Valentina was very helpful and that contributed to a great stay.

Lovely stay at Lorenzo’s place. Beautiful and remote location with lots of nature and wildlife. Very responsive host for any of our questions and concerns.

The fridge was broken upon our arrival. Ornella responded quickly, came and had the fridge replaced on the same day! Beautiful flowers outside the apartment. The apartment was large and spacious with high ceilings.

Sabrina was the perfect host. Her home was wonderful and comfortable. Exactly as described. The location and views of the surrounding hills was spectacular. Amazing sunset! Her recommendation for us to eat at Al Pozzo Etrusco Ristorante was spot on. We used her name and the restaurant made us a reservation to eat. We used her recommendations on where to visit in Orvieto. Thank you Rosetta for such a memorable stay! Will stay here again if we come back to Orvieto!

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. Highly recommended to stay and be able to visit everything in the area. Thank you, and see you soon.

Pleasant and relaxing stay for New Year's Eve. Clean and warm apartment, possibility to take advantage of the large fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Host available and responsive, everything was perfect.
