Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Teramo

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfetto per una famiglia. Pulito ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort. Di pregio assoluto sono gli spazi esterni , avevamo a disposizione una piscina e una jacuzi idromassaggi. Spazio per il barbecue o per mangiare all'aperto. Dietro l'abitazione vi è un sentiero che porta al fiume molto carino per i bambini. Torneremo!

Lorenzo host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto e illustrato alcuni luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. L'alloggio è molto pulito, posizione super tranquilla e nessun vicino. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni insieme al nostro cane che poteva tranquillamente stare in giardino (privato e chiuso) e visitato tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Gli unici aspetti "negativi" dell'alloggio sono stati la mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere da letto, il che significa che d'estate, lasciando le finestre aperte (si stava benissimo!) qualche insetto è entrato, e la lontananza dal centro abitato: se la sera si vuole fare un giro in paese la strada per arrivarci è in salita e piuttosto lunga. Quest'ultimo aspetto a noi non ha pesato perché la sera, dopo lunghe camminate, siamo sempre andati a letto dopo cena. Non abbiamo usufruito del barbecue. In sintesi: esperienza più che positiva e super consigliata a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax per visitare l'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione.

The experience at La Casa Dei Nonni was exceptional. First of all we had a difficult time leaving Rome and were much later than expected, not only was Giovanni helpful but also very understanding and happy to meet us regardless of the hour. Giovanni was always there to answer questions. The space was perfect for us and was so peaceful at night. The location was the perfect mix of rural and still very close to town to walk around and eat pastries. We could not be happier with our stay and we will be returning I hope soon

Our stay was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Manola made us feel incredibly welcome—her warm hospitality was evident in every detail. She even surprised us with freshly baked brownies, a sweet touch that instantly made us feel at home. The place was immaculate, well-equipped, and couldn't have been better situated, just steps away from the beach. Manola was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, yet she gave us plenty of space to relax. If you're looking for a place with both a fantastic beachside location, and a great hostess, then we highly recommend this spot.

Schöne Lage/im Apartment alles was man braucht/herzliche Gastfreundschaft/super Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, um die Gegend zu erkunden und die Familie immer hilfsbereit

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Very nice place. It exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly. Everything was clean. Very comfortable and equipped. Easy parking for travellers. We only stayed for two night but the place is worth staying for longer. We especially enjoyed views on the mountains.
