Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Teramo

Great location near the sea and at the same time in typical villages and mountains. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, and bakeries, with the possibility of walking the shops. The kitchen of the accommodation is fully stocked, we were offered what we needed for breakfast. You slept very well even without air conditioning and with hot daytime temperatures. Maria was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to stay in this facility.

Very warm welcome from Francesca and her cat Leonardo! Francesca was a good source of advice for activities and places to discover in Abruzzo, and accommodating for breakfast schedules, all in perfect French! The bedroom and bathroom are clean and cozy, the view from the breakfast terrace is beautiful. Thanks again Francesca, we'll be back if we come to the area again!

Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

Matteo’s House, hosted by Marta, was close to town; extremely well kept; secure parking; and Marta was most helpful in every way. If you’re going to stay in the Penne, or surrounding area, I strongly recommend this property and host. Our stay was for 13 nights.

Wonderful accommodation... Really dreamy, it exceeded all expectations. It's not at all like the photos, it's even better than it looks. Marco and Teresa are wonderful. Kind and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

Perfect apartment, we had everything , three towels were given out for each person! all the necessary things for living, impeccably clean, lots of dishes, Ricardo treats with delicious gifts! the area is beautiful and clean and quiet, a very beautiful city, it's not a long walk to the beach) lots of good shops) the beach is wonderful) Ricardo always took care of us, and helped with leaving, called a taxi) I'll be happy to come back)🔥🙏

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Atri. Close to the square. Cozy and comfortable with a delicious array of breakfast fruits and sweets. Nice setting in the yard.

We greatly enjoyed Francesca's hospitality. Plenty of space indoors and a fantastic terrace outside. Upon arrival, the fridge was amply stocked with water, milk, fruit, yogurt, bread spread, butter and soda. Furthermore, everything was available for a good breakfast. And then we haven't mentioned the delicious cake and cake, which Francesca had baked himself. We immediately felt at home. And if anything came up, we just had to text and it was taken care of. Had a very nice stay. Great for discovering the south of the Marche.

What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding areas.

It can't be more Italian. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city. and .. the Adriatic Sea, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time in the villa as possible. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and in the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace where we even danced.. For friends of a time trip to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended
