We spent 5 wonderful days here. The place is just as in pictures, just gorgeous. The pool is very nicely laid out and warm, we used it every morning and evening. During the day you can reach very beautiful beaches from the property in a few minutes. The recommended restaurant is also recommended and only a few minutes away. Daniele and his wife are really extremely friendly hosts, always provided us with tips and also immediately provided an alternative with our small car problem. The fruit and vegetables from the garden, the jam and the toys for our daughter were still the icing on the cake. Thanks again!

Great accommodation with its (green) garden and air conditioning as well as parking almost right in front of the accommodation. To the beach it was just a few stairs and a short walk. You could bathe very well and lie down in the sand. On 2 days we also used the pool because the waves on the beach were a bit high. Highly recommended... Only the equipment of the kitchen and the communication for Airbnb immediately after booking left something to be desired. He said we should pick up the key from previous residents. But how should we know it? Was probably a bad translation.... Thanks to the navigation, everything worked out just fine on site.

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

We had a very great apartment with terrace and garden. Only the way to the beach was a little far with two toddlers otherwise we enjoyed it very much:) It is a quiet neighborhood - great for relaxing! We highly recommend the resort and would go on vacation there again.

Vivian's holiday flats have a great central location in Barisardo but also east Sardinia. Perfect location for trips to the highlights in the area. The rustic flat is equipped with everything you need and was perfectly suited for our family of four. Vivian is a great and fast communicator. If you travel with kids here are three recommendations: 1. Go donkey hiking with a fantastic picnic (google Someggiato). 2. Hike one of Sardinias greatest trails to Pedra Longa (1-2 hours) or take the car there and enjoy a coffee watching rock climbers from the restaurant there. 3. Do a goat cheese tour and have lunch or dinner at Agriturismo Nuraghe Murtarba, one of the most authentic places we got to know.

We had an amazing time into this house. The only things I may mention are: - the lack of coffee machine (just one very tiny Italian coffee moka) but nothing very bad here :) - And the owner should check about the gaz hob that is getting very old and do not work fully, so we had hard time trying to cook. Except these points, the flat is perfect spot for family vacations.

Vivian’s guesthouse is an impressive restoration project of a century old building, built with character and attention to detail. The stay offers a unique experience with all the comforts you might need. The town offers an insight into the Sardinian way of living, away from touristy hot spots but you are a short drive away to amazing, deserted beaches and trekking sites. I truly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that felt like a collector’s dream and the peace and tranquillity of the courtyard and balcony. A plus was the quality bedding and the welcoming nature of our host that truly made the stay, everything we hoped for and more!

Very beautiful place. Peace, quiet and beautiful views. Nearby is a cafe, a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a small shop. The perfect place to unwind. A car is essential to explore all the beautiful beaches in the area. Wonderful home. Very clean. Renovated. Beautiful rooms with bathrooms. An extra outdoor shower, which gives you extra comfort. Air conditioning in every room. Everything is new and very nice. A large and very comfortable terrace with a wonderful view. Contact with the owner is seamless and very pleasant.
