Edvard's apartment was super beautiful and deserved all 5 stars, the views were magnificent, the furnishings, new beautifully designed bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea can be reached by a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and the sunset is simply fantastic. Thank you Edvard ...for this beautiful place to stay.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Marco was a wonderful host the area was local not very touristy and the people were very helpful be prepared for mountain driving A Car is essential Marco recommended a wonderful restaurant in Loceri Each of the towns around had different atmosphere which makes the area quirky The beaches to the south of Marcos apartments were wonderful lots of hills for hill walking

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

We had a great stay. Loved the location, the terrace and view is just fabulous, parking easy and around the corner. Only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower is not so good, but can’t complain. I would return.

Monica’s place is wonderful. The view on the terrasse is amazing. The apartment was perfect for our family of three. AC work great. No issue with the WIFI. I would not hesitate to book again.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.
