Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Sondrio

We (family with a 4 year old and an 8 year old child) have spent a very nice week at Constanza. We had two rooms with two bathrooms on the first floor of the lovingly furnished, rustic stone house, with wonderful views over Lake Como. The house is located on a slope, about 50 meters below the road and about 100 meters above a small beach. From there you can make very nice excursions on Lake Como and Hinerland. Bellano is about 5 minutes away by car. The breakfast was very tasty and adequate. Constanza is a very loving and attentive hostess. Price/performance ratio is just right. A stay is definitely recommended!

Wonderful accommodation, perfect location and view, not to mention the serenity you feel while observing the immensity of the valley from that magnificent garden. Everything was better than we expected! We felt at home, thanks also to the welcome of the host, impeccable:) We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

We had an extremely pleasant stay! The B&B is very nice and quiet, very well equipped and furnished with the greatest care. The homely and personal character of the B&B continues in the reception by Maria Grazia. In addition, she provided delicious, fresh breakfasts with local and homemade products. An absolute added value! In the area, you can walk among the vineyards or visit the picturesque Teglio. Maria Grazia knows how to recommend the best addresses and is always willing to help.

We stayed with Silvey (and her sweet dog Liebe) in Perledo to wrap up our 20th anniversary trip, and it couldn’t have been a better way to end it. Her son Daniele was also around to help host, and both of them were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Silvey made us breakfast each day and even served us a delicious dinner one night. She truly went above and beyond, even tidying our room and making sure we always had fresh cold water. The room was perfect—clean, private entrance, en suite bathroom, and everything we needed. The outdoor space was something else: infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, a huge umbrella for shade, and beautiful plants everywhere. The home is tucked among olive trees, and there’s even a wood-burning sauna nestled in them. The view of Lake Como was stunning—one of those sights you just stop and take in. And it’s only a short drive down to Varenna. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay with incredibly thoughtful hosts.

There are four of us. We went there to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house is very beautiful, cozy and clean as described. Friendly and helpful host. We'd love to come back.

Mary's cottage is beautiful, very simple but with its own character, and perfect for a weekend in total tranquility. It has everything you need, from dishes to textiles, and Mary was so kind as to load the pellet stove after checking the temperatures for the night, which would have been a little cooler than expected. It takes a little effort to find the access point to the cottage, but in retrospect the directions provided were absolutely accurate. I was traveling with my dog, and she also settled in right away, so much so that when we returned from a walk in the woods above the apartment, instead of going back to the car, she wanted to go back into the house! The welcome cakes were highly appreciated :)

We felt very comfortable in Alberto and Lara's small house. The reception was very friendly, Alberto brought us blueberries from the region and already cooled water, as it was very hot when we arrived. The small terrace in front of the house was a great place to stay and the various steps of the garden are relatively steep, but invite you to linger and explore. There are many books and toys for children of different ages in the house - our daughter was thrilled. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The tavern is really very cozy and picturesque. The owners are really very kind,making you feel at home. Highly recommended

We booked Roberto’s place at 9pm at night in a bit of an emergency situation as our train got cancelled. Our reservation was immediately accepted and Roberto answered the phone straight away to help us get inside. Upon arriving, we were stunned with how beautiful the place was. Roberto added so many small touches that elevated the entire experience. The apartment was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine clean. The bathroom felt like a spa. There was a color changing light in the shower. Toothbrushes, slippers and some other amenities were available which were extremely helpful since we did not have any of our personal items. The kitchen was equipped with a large variety of teas, coffee, and snacks and there was even milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet. After walking up we were stunned at the view out the window. Staying at Roberto’s place made our entire trip and cannot recommend enough. We hope to be back.

We stayed with Luca and Aurelia specifically to ride up the Mortirolo to watch the Giro. The space is right on the doorstep of an old castle, very quaint and a great Euro experience. They were very attentive, met us and provided us a place to put our bikes, were very friendly, lived downstairs so that we could easily ask them for anything but we're also very respectful of our privacy. Would definitely recommend staying if you are in the area. Thank you for having us 😊

We found this apartment very comfortable with a great view. Keep in mind that you need a car or taxi to bring luggage. There is a steep path down the mountain which we hiked a few times, even in the rain. The towns were quaint and walkable.

Beautiful location that offers a wonderful view. It is just a few minutes by car from the center of Bormio and offers many amenities such as the outdoor barbecue, the hair dryer in the bathroom and a private garage. Highly recommended

The house, the garden... A little piece of paradise! It was beautiful, quiet, lots of birdsong... We felt very comfortable right away! The breakfast was great, we could express our wishes and every morning there was something new to discover! We could even watch fireflies on this beautiful spot of earth.. We had not noticed when booking that the kitchen may not be used, there are also no cooking utensils available. So we rescheduled and improvised, which was no problem. Thank you Serena and Amedeo for the wonderful time!

It was surprising the location, a place similar to a beautiful movie setting, everything was perfect, climate, cleaning and the surreal breakfast, the real Italian coffee, we couldn't even eat half of what was served to us, Lorenza is like a mother spoiling her children, a sweet woman ! Super recommend your dwelling, when I can return! Ps: we were the first Brazilian couple to stay in their dwelling! A privilege for us 🥰

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Very nice design that mixes old and modern (e.g. fixtures). Extremely available hosts both before and at check-in. The room is a little small, but very clean and with all the comforts. The bathroom does not have a bidet, but it has a large shower with a liquid soap dispenser. The rich and varied breakfast with genuine local products. In the structure there is also a "recreation" room with a table, a sofa, an armchair, a digital piano and board games. The area is quiet, in the space in front there is a large square to park your car for free.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena's. We felt right at home. Messages were answered super quickly. Wonderful breakfast and just a great home!! 😍🙏🥰

Perfect stay!! The B&B is located in a charming and well-maintained historic building. It's downtown, so you can get around on foot. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, with all the necessary services and cared for in every detail. The best thing is the owner Lucia: very kind, always available for every need and also for out of standard requests such as early check-in or breakfast (which is very good and homey!) not at classic times. They will also give you valuable tips on activities in the area. It's our second stay here and we will definitely be back
