Simona was immediately present from the reservation during the stay and at the end. We had a mishap with the boiler and you online resolved everything. I think you could count on you 24 hours a day!!!. The place is complete with everything. We hope to be back soon!!! Thank you!!

Daniele's house looks like a modern cabin with an unusual exterior design and perfect interior construction. It is very pleasant to stay in a newly built house where everything is new and works perfectly. In a few months, we imagine that the external parts can be finished and made pleasantly usable. The area is very quiet with beautiful views and no disturbance. We'd come back again as soon as you can enjoy the large outdoor spaces in the summer.

I had a great time at Valter and Lella's house, Valter welcomed us with care and was always available to meet us and give us all the necessary house information. The house was clean, surrounded by greenery and very quiet. I would like to point out that there is a children's playground nearby, my 7-month-old daughter appreciated:) Valter also offers a high chair and a lounger, it's a baby friendly place. Nothing was missing in the house, there was a lot of space. In a central point compared to many nice walks to do in the surroundings. More than positive experience: ) If possible we will come back:)

Very nice and comfortable apartment, in a slightly displaced position compared to the center but still on the main street of Livigno. Good cleanliness. Sergio and Adelia's availability and kindness are great!

Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of room for the bikes and all. Nice rooms. 3(!) bathrooms. And a nice garden to enjoy the sun.

Perfect stay for our ski holiday, very clean and practical apartment with everything you need. Shops, restaurants, ski rental, ski lifts, everything close by. I would definitely come back again.

The stay was just perfect! The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to all ski activities and the atmosphere really pleasant. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, providing us with all the useful information and making check-in and check-out quick and easy. We really enjoyed the tranquility, special attention received I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and carefree stay. I hope to be back soon!

Property in the center a stone's throw from the slopes. Recently renovated and very pleasant, complete with everything you need for your stay. Easy communication and very responsive host.

Place is very lovely and cosy. We had all we needed for a great stay! I appreciated that there was already olive oil, basic spices, even shampoo, and cleaning products. So we didn't need to buy products we won't consume during our stay.

Mary is an incredibly warm and welcoming host, just like her beautiful apartment. She was super flexible with our late check-in, which we really appreciated. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. Even in April, it felt warm and inviting, which was such a nice touch given the rather chilly temperatures outside. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, from comfortable furniture and fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, oven, dishwasher) to coffee, cookies and a lovely tea selection. The view around the place was simply gorgeous, with just beauty, peace and quiet all around. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return next year.

Baita Ca Maria is located in the middle of nature on a mountain. Direct view of the lake around the corner. Accommodation is very lovingly furnished. Details make the little cabin a home away from home. There are opportunities to sit outside. The cabin is a short walk away.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

Modern chalet with glass window overlooking breathtaking mountains. Modern and well-kept decor. The host is available and friendly. Very nice and exclusive relaxation area (upon reservation). The little flaw is the slightly steep staircase that leads to the second master bedroom above the kitchen. Shared garden.

We stayed with pleasure for a few days in Elena's place. Great location, you leave the house with skis! Perfect for mountain lovers. To reach the house we used Elena's contact, Mr. Abele took us to the house with a vehicle suitable for the road conditions that is closed to transit. The Cabin is in great condition, despite secluded it has all the comforts. The chairlift is a short walk away with a slight but feasible difference. Beautiful evening with incredible stars in an almost surreal silence for those who are not used to it. I think we'll be back.

We had an amazing stay at Chalet Sozzine! Our group of 7 adults plus a 1-year-old baby arrived to a dreamlike setting, surrounded by fresh snow. From the start, check-in was quick and smooth, and the host was welcoming, answering every question we had. The chalet itself was perfect, warm, and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook for a large group. The location was excellent for skiing: while you can't ski in or out directly, it's just a short 3-5 minute walk to the slopes, which was manageable and well worth it. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be the lack of enough places to hang coats, especially near the entrance. But that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended.
