Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Sondrio

Wir (Familie mit einem 4jährigen und einem 8jährigem Kind) haben eine sehr schöne Woche bei Constanza verbracht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit zwei Bädern im ersten Stock des liebevoll eingerichteten, rustikalen Steinhauses, mit wundervollem Blick über den Comer See. Das Haus liegt am Hang, ca. 50 Meter unterhalb der Straße und etwa 100 Meter überhalb eines kleinen Strandes. Von dort aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge am Comer See und Hinerland unternehmen. Bellano ist ca. 5 Mnuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Constanza ist eine sehr liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist genau richtig. Ein Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Alloggio meraviglioso, posizione e panorama perfetti, per non parlare della serenità che si prova mentre si osserva l’immensità della valle da quel magnifico giardino. Tutto meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, questo grazie anche all’accoglienza dell’host, impeccabile :) Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!! Grazie!

We hadden een uiterst aangenaam verblijf! De B&B is heel mooi en rustig geleden, zeer goed uitgerust en ingericht met de grootste zorg. Het huiselijke en persoonlijke karakter van de B&B zet zich voort in de ontvangst door Maria Grazia. Bovendien zorgde ze voor heerlijke, verse ontbijtjes met lokale en zelfgemaakte producten. Een absolute meerwaarde! In de omgeving kan je o.a. wandelen tussen de wijngaarden of het pittoreske Teglio bezoeken. Maria Grazia weet je de beste adresjes aan te bevelen en is altijd bereid om te helpen.

We stayed with Silvey (and her sweet dog Liebe) in Perledo to wrap up our 20th anniversary trip, and it couldn’t have been a better way to end it. Her son Daniele was also around to help host, and both of them were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Silvey made us breakfast each day and even served us a delicious dinner one night. She truly went above and beyond, even tidying our room and making sure we always had fresh cold water. The room was perfect—clean, private entrance, en suite bathroom, and everything we needed. The outdoor space was something else: infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, a huge umbrella for shade, and beautiful plants everywhere. The home is tucked among olive trees, and there’s even a wood-burning sauna nestled in them. The view of Lake Como was stunning—one of those sights you just stop and take in. And it’s only a short drive down to Varenna. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay with incredibly thoughtful hosts.

Siamo quattro ragazzi ci sono andati per festeggiare il capodanno. La casa è molto bella, accogliente e pulita come da descrizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremmo volentieri.

La casina di Mary è splendida, molto semplice ma con un carattere tutto suo, e perfetta per un weekend in totale tranquillità. Dispone di tutto il necessario, dalle stoviglie ai tessili, e Mary è stata così gentile da caricare la stufa a pellet dopo aver controllato e le temperature per la notte, che sarebbero state un po’ più fresche del previsto. Bisogna impegnarsi un po’ per trovare il punto di accesso alla casina ma a posteriori le indicazioni fornite erano assolutamente precise. Viaggiavo con la mia cagnolina e anche lei si è ambientata subito, così tanto che rientrando da una passeggiata nei boschi sopra l’appartamento invece che tornare all’auto voleva salire di nuovo in casa! Super apprezzate le tortine di benvenuto :)

Wir haben uns im kleinen Haus von Alberto und Lara sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Alberto hat uns Heidelbeeren aus der Region mitgebracht und schon Wasser eingekühlt, da es bei unserer Ankunft sehr heiß war. Die kleine Terrasse vor dem Haus war ein toller Aufenthaltsort und die verschiedenen Stufen des Gartens sind zwar relativ steil, laden aber zum Verweilen und Entdecken ein. Im Haus befinden sich viele Bücher und Spielsachen für Kinder verschiedenen Alters - unsere Tochter war begeistert. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

L'appartement de Machno correspond totalement au descriptif, très bien équipé, agencé, très joliment décoré. La communication a été fluide, et facile. Machno très réactif, et compréhensif. Ce séjour a été une belle découverte, et une agréable parenthèse. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci encore et au plaisir...

Bellissima location circondato dalle montagne.la taverna è davvero molto accogliente e pittoresca. i proprietari sono davvero molto gentili,facendoti sentire a casa.consigliatissimo

We booked Roberto’s place at 9pm at night in a bit of an emergency situation as our train got cancelled. Our reservation was immediately accepted and Roberto answered the phone straight away to help us get inside. Upon arriving, we were stunned with how beautiful the place was. Roberto added so many small touches that elevated the entire experience. The apartment was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine clean. The bathroom felt like a spa. There was a color changing light in the shower. Toothbrushes, slippers and some other amenities were available which were extremely helpful since we did not have any of our personal items. The kitchen was equipped with a large variety of teas, coffee, and snacks and there was even milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet. After walking up we were stunned at the view out the window. Staying at Roberto’s place made our entire trip and cannot recommend enough. We hope to be back.

We stayed with Luca and Aurelia specifically to ride up the Mortirolo to watch the Giro. The space is right on the doorstep of an old castle, very quaint and a great Euro experience. They were very attentive, met us and provided us a place to put our bikes, were very friendly, lived downstairs so that we could easily ask them for anything but we're also very respectful of our privacy. Would definitely recommend staying if you are in the area. Thank you for having us 😊

We found this apartment very comfortable with a great view. Keep in mind that you need a car or taxi to bring luggage. There is a steep path down the mountain which we hiked a few times, even in the rain. The towns were quaint and walkable.

Ottima struttura, consiglio

Posizione splendida che offre un panorama meraviglioso. Si trova a pochi minuti in auto dal centro di Bormio ed offre tante comodità come il barbecue esterno, l'asciugacapelli in bagno ed un box auto privato. Consigliatissimo

Marina, die uns empangen sollte spricht kein Englisch und kein Deutsch. Daher war die Kommunikation ein bisschen schwierig. Sonst waren wir mit der Lage und der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung war äussert sauber, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Herzluchen Dank, wir haben die Zeit in Dervio sehr genossen. mfg Lukrecia

Das Haus, der Garten.. Ein kleines Stück Paradies! Es war wunderschön, ruhig., viel Vogelgezwitscher.. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück war super toll, wir konnten unsere Wünsche äussern und jeden Morgen gabs etwas Neues zu entdecken! Wir konnten auf diesem wunderschönen Fleckchen Erde sogar Glühwürmchen beobachten.. Wir hatten bei der Buchung nicht bemerkt, dass die Küche nicht benutzt werden darf, es sind auch keine Kochutensilien verfügbar. So haben wir umdisponiert und improvisiert, was kein Problem war. Danke Serena und Amedeo für die schöne Zeit!

Foi surpreendente a localização, um lugar parecido com um cenário de lindo filme, tudo estava perfeito, clima, limpeza e o café da manhã surreal, o verdadeiro café Italiano, não conseguimos comer nem a metade do que nos era servido, Lorenza é como uma mãe mimando seus filhos, uma doce mulher ! Super recomendo sua habitação, quando puder retornarei! Ps: fomos o primeiro casal de Brasileiro a ficar em sua habitação! Um privilégio para nós 🥰

Ospitalità eccellente, da Antonella è come sentirsi a casa. Location splendida, immersa nella natura, ideale per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e confortevole. Consigliatissimo!!!

Molto bello il design che mescola antico e moderno (es. infissi). Host disponibilissimi sia prima sia al check-in. La camera un pò piccola, ma molto pulita e con tutte le comodità. Il bagno non ha il bidet, ma ha una grande doccia con dispenser con sapone liquido. La colazione ricca e variegata con prodotti genuini locali. Nella struttura c'è anche una sala "ricreazione" con un tavolo, un divano, una poltrona, un pianoforte digitale e dei giochi da tavolo. La zona è silenziosa, nello spazio antistante c'è un piazzale ampio per parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen aufenthalt bei Elena. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause. Nachrichten wurden super schnell beantwortet. Wunderbares frühstück und Einfach tolles zuhause!! 😍🙏🥰

Soggiorno perfetto!! Il B&B è situato in un edificio storico incantevole e tenuto benissimo. È in centro quindi ci si muove a piedi. Le camere sono confortevoli, molto pulite, con tutti i servizi necessari e curate in ogni piccolo dettaglio. La cosa migliore è la proprietaria Lucia: gentilissima, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza e anche per richieste fuori standard come check-in anticipato o colazione (che è buonissima e casalinga!) non in orario classico. Vi darà preziosi consigli anche sulle attività nei dintorni. È il nostro secondo soggiorno qua e sicuramente torneremo
