Amorosa Marta y su papá, atentos siempre. Siena es bellísimo y la ubicación fantástica. Para estacionar de 8 a 20 hay que pagar parking, si no 40€ de multa. Marta me resolvió la pregunta de dónde pagar. La verdad, muy recomendable !

Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible avec une vue incroyable et une très belle piscine en plus n’hésitez pas à séjourner dans cet endroit magnifique. Plusieurs terrasses pour déjeuner/diner seul ou à plusieurs. Ce que nous avons aimé sont les rencontres avec les autres hôtes sur les terrasses ou autour de la piscine et de partager le couché de soleil ensemble à couper le souffle. Merci Flavio

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

What an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment! Pictures don’t do it justice. A true Tuscan paradise. Apartment is spotless. Beautiful touches everywhere and very spacious. The views are incredible. Great front and back porches to relax and take in the beauty. Mario and Nadia are wonderful hosts. Always responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb properties I've ever had the pleasure in experiencing. It's a penthouse apartment overlooking the tiled rooftops of Siena, with a view straight across to the famous church tower. Taking your morning coffee here with the pigeons is one of the most serene things you could imagine. Pure Italy. There's also a rooftop garden we could pull fresh cherry tomatoes and basil from for our cooking. It's located literally a 3-minute walk from the main piazza, and in the middle of all Sienna's shopping, walking, and dining attractions. Nicoletta was patient with our travel schedule, and met us on the later side of our check-in without a problem.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

What an amazing place to call home for the 4 nights we stayed! The apartment is beautiful, clean, has absolutely everything you could possibly need, is steps away from so many things to see, and has the best patio and view one could hope for. Emanuela and Francesca are extremely kind, caring and helpful, even helping us find restaurants (and make reservations) and find a local business to help with my husband’s work while we were in Siena. Outstanding stay! Book now: you will not regret it!

Olimpia was a wonderful host! Her place was so beautiful and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was amazing. 360 views of beautiful Siena. The kitchen was like being in your own - we made dinner one night and took it up to the terrace to watch the sunset. Olimpia met us for check in and clearly explained everything. If I had a question she answered me right away. And the location was perfect. I would recommend this place and Olimpia to everyone!

Comunicaçao prefeita, eles deram instruir muito claras e sempre responderam muito rapido! Apartamento tao bom quanto aparece nas fotos, totalmente reformado, moderno e confortável por dentro, com boas janelas duplas e calefação que deve funcionar bem no inverno. Agua bem quente e com boa pressão. Cozinha bem equipada, com os essenciais para quem quer cozinhar, alem de termos sido muito bem recebidos com alguns pães e doces locais! Cidade super tranquila, com bela vista da natureza, um restaurante muito gostoso ha poucos passos da propriedade (Alle Pieve) e um mercadinho com tudo q vc precisa tambem muito proximo! Esperamos voltar!

A really incredible apartment to stay at while in Siena. Really thoughtfully designed and the view is even better in person. You gotta do the early morning wake up for sunrise! Super responsive and helpful communication as well. 11/10 - strongly recommend.

Great apartment! It is very spacious, clean, well illuminated, excellent location and very comfortable. The view from the bedrooms is fantastic! Dario and his team were incredible hosts. They were always very responsive. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and offered lots of valuable, practical tips and suggestions on things to do and where to visit during our stay. Esse espaço é simplesmente fantástico! O melhor que já fiquei na Itália!!!! Lindo, novo no interior sem perder a sensação de estarmos em Siena, decoração de muito bom gosto, discreta, clean, confortável e elegante. Todo equipamento da casa em perfeito estado, limpo, disponível e de fácil acesso. Enxoval de boa qualidade e muito limpos, banheiros impecáveis, chuveiros deliciosos!! Definitivamente nota mil!

I can’t say enough great things about Emilio’s apartment. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is modern and very well stocked, and the furnishings are a mix of antiques and newer pieces that are comfortable and create a cozy vibe. The apartment is full of art and plants, and gets great light. The terrace has great privacy and wonderful views, perfect for morning coffee listening to the church bells, or a peaceful evening gazing at the rooftops. Both spacious bedrooms have comfortable beds and generous storage even for a long term stay. The shower has great water pressure, and the clawfoot tub is perfect for a soak after walking around all day. The building is small and quiet, and super well-located close to all the main sights and to Piazza Gramsci where you can catch a bus to Florence, Rome, or other nearby Tuscan villages. Emilio and his wife live nearby and are very responsive and excellent hosts. I can’t wait to go back!

Great location for exploring the beautiful countryside of southern Tuscany. Accommodation was great and the pool was lovely. We visited Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia and the warm waters at Terme San Filippo We would definitely recommend the Coop in Torrenieri just 10 mins in the car, a bit tricky to find but has all that you need.

Wir verbrachten zauberhafte Tage bei Ulla. Das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevolle Einrichtung, der traumhafte Pool und die schöne Umgebung… all das hat uns so gut getan. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell. Man kann schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, wenn man möchte, wandern, Kultur erleben, Städte besuchen oder Restaurants. Ulla hatte dafür Unterlagen für uns bereitgestellt mit vielen Tipps. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wer wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Our stay was amazing. The villa was as advertised and more. Quiet, clean, beautiful setting, and walking distance to the heart of Sienna. It was great to have off street parking, so no hassles at all. The walk to Piazza de Campo was only 15-20 minutes, with a little bit of an up hill climb at first, but no big problem. We would highly recommend staying here.
