Alberto e Cecilia foram pessoas maravilhosas ao me receber. Alberto sempre solícito nas mensagens, transparente, verdadeiro e coerente a respeito do apartamento. O que se vê com o os olhos é realmente igual as fotos do anúncio. Localização perfeita na cidade de porreta, praticamente na parte central da cidade e 4 minutos da estação de trem caminhando. Valeu a pena demaaais!!!! Super indico e espero poder voltar futuramente.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa von Luca! Sie ist nicht einfach zu finden, aber Luca war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, aber es wurde uns immer frischer Kaffee angeboten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Bar, aus der man sich ein gutes Glas gönnen darf. Der Pool ist sauber, alles ist super gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet..mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Restaurants im kleinen Zentrum sind ein kulinarischer Traum! Alles in allem, ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke!

L’appartamento di Teresa è una vera chicca e anche lei è stata adorabile! Oltre all’arredamento e alla pulizia impeccabili, la vista è impagabile: svegliarsi la mattina con un po’ di nebbia, il foliage del giardino sottostante e il sole che illumina il campanile di Sant’Andrea non h davvero prezzo. La posizione anche è strategica e, mi raccomando, seguite tutti i consigli di Teresa. Super consigliato, una delle esperienze migliori su Airbnb.

Modern, tágas, kényelmes és tiszta szálláshely. Ideális hely a környék meglátogatásához. Nagy segítség volt és érdemes igénybe venni a külön biztosított parkolóhelyet. Alexandr-al jó volt a kommunikáció, odafigyelt, hogy minden flottul működjön.

Mooi appartement in een compleet gerenoveerd farmhouse, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn zwembad waar elk appartement zijn eigen bedjes heeft met schaduw. Goede uitvalsbasis om bezoek te brengen aan plekken als Lucca (onze favoriet), Pistoia, Pisa, Florence en Montecatini Terme. Tips: 's avonds in Montecarlo eten bij Ca Sandra en een ijsje bij Chiardicrema (5 min rijden). Ga ook suppen in Canyon Park op ongeveer 1 uur rijden, prachtige ervaring.

Casa pulita e corrispondente all'annuncio e alle foto. Si vede che Tatiana tiene moltissimo alla sua casa di montagna, è tenuta benissimo e lei è sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie ancora a Tatiana per averci ospitato nella sua casa :)

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

Piękny obiekt idealny dla dwóch rodziny z dziećmi. Najpierw pozytywny: Ogromny czysty basen, ok.50m2 (tak na oko), głębokość ok 1,2m. Dużo przestrzeni w domu i przed. Świetna altanka, która chroni od slonca przy basenie. W domu jest wszystko co potrzebne, wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, suszarka itd. Nie było tylko czajnika. Po moim pytaniu do właścicielki czy jest gdzieś czajnik, został on zakupiony i dostarczony nam następnego dnia do domu wiec super! Widać że wlasciciel dba o swoich gości.🙂 Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju świetnie działająca Rzeczy dla niemowlaka: łóżeczko przewijak wanienka Minusy - lokalizacja domu nie pozwala zbytnio na spacery gdyż jest oddalona od miejscowości - Altopascio ok 3-3.5km, a prawie nigdzie nie ma chodnika, nie odważyłam się nigdzie pojsc z wozkiem (jednak jest to tez plus ponieważ na podwórku pełna prywatności, właściwie brak sąsiadów) - dom byl posprzątany na nasz przyjazd, ale podłoga w salonie była tylko odkurzona, nieumyta

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

Fantastica esperienza! Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte in 9 ragazzi. La casa era esattamente come indicato, completa di tutti i servizi e le necessità. L’host estremamente reattivo, ci ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare e molti consigli sui dintorni. Veramente una ottima soluzione per allontanarsi dallo stress cittadino ed immergersi nelle colline pistoiesi insieme agli amici!

Das Haus von Valentina in Montecarlo ist sehr abgelegen und sehr ruhig und privat. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Es bietet optimale Anbindung an viele Orte im Norden der Toskana und ist super zu finden. Der vordere Bereich rund ums Haus ist umzäunt und mit Hund gut nutzbar (das Tor ist für sehr kleine Hunde ggf. zu breit). Der hintere Bereich mit dem Pool ist zwar umzäunt, aber Hunde kommen unter den Zaun durch, da der Zaun erst in ca. 20cm Höhe beginnt. Außerdem gibt es einen offenen Zaunbereich vom vorderen in den hinteren Bereich. Für aktivere Hundebesitzer daher nicht optimal, da man den Hund schon im Blick behalten muss. Ansonsten ist es ein wunderbares, kleines, klassisch toskanisches Haus und super geeignet im warmen Frühling/Sommer, da das Haus auch schön kalt bleibt.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Perfect location close to major ‘tourist’ attractions such as the Duomo, Baptistery, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. Also walkable to other major Piazza’s, museums, the Boboli gardens and Firenze SMN train station. Surrounded by some of the best trattorias, gelaterias and sandwich shops. Monica is very attentive to her guests and makes check-in and check-out smooth and easy! The space is exactly as listed and incredibly clean and well kept and contains all the essentials. If we are ever back in Florence we hope to stay with Monica again!

Bryan en Marina hebben een waar groen paradijs gemaakt rondom deze fraaie oude boerderij. Naast Bryan en Marina zijn in het gebouw 2 appartementen opgenomen, benevens een derde appartement dat door anderen verhuurd wordt. De appartementen van Bryan en Marina zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht met een Engelse touch. Wij hebben daar heel veel van genoten. De mooie grote tuin en het terras wordt met elkaar gedeeld, voor het appartement is nog een klein eigen terras. De locatie ligt erg mooi en handig om de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te bezoeken. Wij vonden Bryan en Marina zeer hartelijk en we hebben veel leuke gesprekken met ze gevoerd. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

This was the best spot in Florence to stay! Plenty of room, the patio area is fantastic! Location is wonderful, 15 minute max walk to everything. The view of Duomo is amazing and the gelato place right outside is delicious! Vasily and his wife were great hosts and were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place. Only thing to note is that there is no service in the lobby, so if you’re traveling from another country and using an esim like airalo, be sure to read up on the check in and wifi instructions ahead of time. Hosts are super responsive and on call, I am appreciative as they went above and beyond for me. They called me a taxi, answered my call at midnight, and even held my luggage until I was ready to pick it up. The space itself is also beautiful, it looks exactly like the pictures.
