We had the most amazing experience! The property is stunning and pictures don’t do it justice. All the staff are so welcoming and so helpful. They helped us book a Vespa tour and gave us recommendations for dinner spots. So much to do by car around the area!

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

Our stay was fantastic, everything is as indicated in the ad, the kitchen has many details to enjoy and that is appreciated, leaving us wine in the room was a nice touch, the location is very good, and a lot of tranquility that allowed us to wake up refreshed after a good rest... It is important to note that everything is very close, and walking you can reach the most emblematic of the city. I would definitely come back...!!!

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

We felt super comfortable here from the first second, were warmly welcomed and briefed and were served a delicious aperitivo with snacks as a welcome. Elisa and Alessandro were always extremely polite, likeable, helpful and available at any time of the day. Breakfast every morning was plentiful, delicious and beautifully prepared. Every morning, a cake was even baked, which we enjoyed very much. The pool and the entire property were always clean, tidy and invited you to linger in many corners. In the surrounding area, you can take many excursions to great cities to discover Tuscany. There are also many restaurants that are highly recommended. Excellent accommodation only with 3 beautiful bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. Very clear instructions and easy to get to and park. Clean with beautiful salt pool shared with the neighborhood. The bedding is perfect. We couldn't connect to the wifi but we didn't mind. There is a hot and cold water dispenser for very convenient drinks. A small coffee machine would be missing. It was not disturbing as there is a cafe next door but closed on Sundays. I would not hesitate to come back because it's really nice and original! Very friendly hosts

Simone is a very kind, precise and friendly host. Great suggestion for a great dinner nearby. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is a small refreshing paradise and a good and delicious morning breakfast. Excellent location of the B&B for visiting the art cities but also for quick access to Livorno. We will keep this as a reference if we return to the area.

Honestly this place was a dream it was so beautiful and the couple who runs it are the most kind and welcoming people. Every single detail of this historical and revamped property is something you’d see in a Condé Nast magazine. Rooms were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. You MUST have dinner here if you can! One of our favorite meals in Italy!! The breakfast is so wonderful too and everything you find is either local or their own!! Such a unique experience. Thank you both so much for your wonderful hospitality! We only stayed for one night passing through between stops, but have decided we will be back for multiple nights next time!!

We spent two days swimming, drinking the beautiful Dianella wine, eating food at the restaurant, exploring the area and fully relaxed. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a tuscan escape only half an hour from Florence!

We couldn't find better accommodation for the days we were in Florence than this option. Everything is great. There are activities at night and the bar is very nice. Also, on the rooftop you can have a beautiful view of the city! Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is amazing. You must come here. Close by to a lot of amazing restaurants too. Better than the pictures. Beautiful pool. It’s huge. Friendly staff everyone was so helpful and kind. The rooms and bathrooms are perfect. The only thing I wish was different would be a free first drink or bottle of wine. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves luxury and comfort. The bed was so comfortable lots of space.

We had a really nice stay and enjoyed the vineyards and the pool. It was a good starting point to explore the nearby cities and for hiking trips.

Beautiful views that make you no longer want to move. Super located, beautiful landscape on every side. The pool is clean and tidy. Lots of space for walking, safe for children who ran around the property on their own. Elevations are pleasant, which makes cycling easier. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and a big plus. Great contact with the owner, she was very helpful, she responded very quickly to any doubts if they appeared, explained right away. I recommend the place! I'll be sure to go back :)

Clean and good air conditioning. Not a lot to do in the town and the only way to get around is expensive taxis, but the stay at the hotel was wonderful.

Comfortable bed and a nice garden to chill

Easy to access location, good and clean rooms, with dryer in the bathroom, hot water, bed well ok. Hostel structure very good. They perform various activities, welcome drink and pasta at night for guests free of charge. It is worth remember: they only provide towel by means of rent.

We highly recommend Rancone Lodge. Nicky was an amazing host and helped us with late check-in and dinner after we had car hassles. The place was amazing! The room was peaceful and spotless and a perfect spot to relax. The property was gorgeous. The staff were all fun and kind and full of helpful suggestions. The area has so much to offer with beautiful villages, restaurants and hikes. Would recommend to anyone who wants a perfect break in the hills of Tuscany. Hope to come again one day soon. The flat is absolutely stunning and so special! It was very clean and everything was straightforward. The location is perfect, right by ponte vecchio while also close to more local areas in the south of florence. The AC was also great for the hot summer days. We loved our stay. Sofia was very responsive, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.
