Excellent place to stay in Monsummano Terme, we traveled with our dog and he was very well received by Antonia and her entire family. The apartment is cozy, nice and very well equipped for cooking. It has everything you need for a short-medium stay. The area is very safe and close to many places of interest.

Beautiful surroundings and wonderful stay, the tranquility meets you. The host and his wife are super friendly and helpful people!

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

Our stay in Domenica's place was absolutely flawless. It's a beautiful surrounding, we stayed for 2 weeks and the house facilitates everything you'll need nicely. Only small drawback is the shower cabin which is somewhat small. But everything you need is in close proximity (if you go by car anyway) and all the go-to places in Tuscany are easy to reach. Domenica was very helpful and offered us own-made food several times which was top notch, especially the pizzas. I can absolutely recommend this place!

The apartment is very conveniently located to the old town of Pistoia. Even though it's on a busy road, it's not very noisy. The apartment is very large, was super clean and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. So you can really cook for yourself. Although... there are also a lot of good restaurants :-) Florencia welcomed us in the apartment, gave us tips on shopping and restaurants. In a later matter, she responded super quickly and very courteously. Thank you for that. A plus is also that there is a car parking space, so you don't have to bother looking for a parking space. Absolutely recommended from our point of view.

very nice accommodation in a quiet environment

We’ve never got to stay at Nicolò‘s as we had an accident along the way. How ever Nicolò was kind, comunicative and really understanding of the circumstances, so he is definitely recommended as a host.

Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Lorenzo and his family are the best airbnb hosts I ever had. They are very proactive and thoughtful. just after few days of stays we feel we are part of his family. we will definitely visit again. The paranomic view of Tuscany hills are breathtaking. We went to montrcatini Alto for a sunset walk. that is also a must.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!

The home exceeded our expectations! We spent a wonderful week there with our family. A fantastic house, magical place and lots to see and do in the nearby area! The host couple was very nice and helpful - a compliment to them! The house and kitchen were well-equipped and we lacked absolutely nothing - but now that we leave we miss the house and look forward to coming back! Ciao - see you!

We had a fantastic stay at Gabriella's place in Italy. From the start, Gabriella was incredibly responsive, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after our stay. She even arranged for a house cleaner during our stay and made it easy for them to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, she met us for coffee, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, and ensured we could find everything we needed. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, she swiftly had technicians replace it, demonstrating her commitment to our comfort. The apartment itself was perfect, truly feeling like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware, more towels than we could use, and ample storage space. Gabriella’s attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay exceptionally pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Seemingly charming, clean and tidy. It was like being at home, maybe even better. The tranquility of the area is heavenly. The view, although not directly on the lake, overlooks the valley and the hills lush with vegetation and trees, an enchantment. The encounter with the native animals was exciting.

My family and I stayed at Silvia’s place and had the best time. Silvia was very helpful with recommendations and quickly responded to all our questions from the moment we booked her place. If you love being in the mountains, you will absolutely fall in love with the breathtaking scenery. Her home was so beautiful and peaceful.

We had a very pleasant weekend at this property. We stayed with 3 children and Flavia immediately made herself available to meet all our needs. The house is very spacious, well-equipped and equipped with all comforts. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, sofas, tables and chairs. We spent a wonderful relaxing evening between barbecues and olive trees while our children had fun.
