Great Tuscany spot! Patricia and Ricardo are the great host. You really feel that you have someone who is taking care of you. The place are is bigger then in the foto . We stayed in the apt during our daughter’s tournament, so it’s a little bit different when you just having a vacation, but for our group the place was perfect! Whenever we are back to Pustoa we will try to book this place. Thank you ! Really great time !

great accommodation for vacation or work stay. Slightly out of the area but compensated by the fact of being quiet and with the possibility of parking. Very close highway exit. Clean location and equipped with all comforts.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here in Montecatini and highly recommend this place. I never had such a friendly, helpful and supportive host. He picked me up from the train station and drove me back on my departure day and even shared a ride to visit Florence, where I ended up getting a tour around the city. The apartment itself is much better than on the photos - very clean, cozy, spacious and quiet, because the windows/ balcony has sound-proofing. There's everything you need in the apartment for a short or longer stay and the sleeping couch was also comfortable. Thank you so, so much Giacomo for everything! I will definitely recommend this place to family & friends.

A wonderful place to stay in a great location with stunning views! The beds are super cozy, and the small mountain village ensures perfect relaxation. Especially beautiful: the garden is ideal for a relaxing barbecue evening. Emanuela was extremely trusting and warm – we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation!

Our stay with two small boys at Manila place could not be better! Kids room was full of games and toys - our boys did not want to go outside 😂 Place was also very convenient for all our trips - we took car to get to station (or walk for 20 min) and then train to Piza, Lukka, Cinque Terre and Firenze. I was amazed by the big size of the apartment and very comfortable beds. There were also a lot of towels for all of us. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was full of stuff for cooking and making coffee. Bathroom as well. Everything just ready to stay. Manila is super nice and friendly person. Very responsive and helpful. We could not imagine better stay and we will for sure promote this apartment! Thank you Manila!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The hosts downstairs were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to a delicious homemade cake. The house was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and all safety features in place. Having a large supermarket nearby and easy access to the highway made our stay even more convenient. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

From 30/04/2025 to 04/05/2025. We were greeted by Mr. Soriano's parents. They worked to make us feel at ease right away. We found in them a lot of availability, courtesy and attention so that our vacation could be pleasant and comfortable. The house perfectly reflects the description and photos of the listing; excellent cleanliness, very tidy, spacious and with all the necessary amenities for a practical and comfortable stay. The location is ideal to reach the main tourist destinations such as Florence Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano (the ones we visited) and many others. Recommended for both short and longer vacations.

We were guests of Flavia on the occasion of a wedding in the Montecatini area. The villa has a wonderful garden and in the house we found everything we needed. What can be said about Flavia? She was really kind, helpful, always ready to help us and never intrusive! Highly recommended

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay with Anna, the space was incredibly clean, large and had all the necessities (shampoo, salt, sugar and a special welcome treat etc). She was very quick to respond to messages and even referred some great restaurants to us. The pool was an added bonus for our children which was cleaned often by the host. The home is walking distance to downtown Quarrata with restaurants and shops. Anna and her family live above and they were very friendly and kind but gave you your privacy. We also enjoyed visits from Ziggy, their jack russell terrier who was very friendly. Overall it was one of the best spots we stayed in our trip and we would definitely stay again!

Maria and Andrea are simply the kindest, most good, and charming people you could ever hope to meet. First of all, their apartment is so unique and beautiful, I honestly wanted to buy the house and live there! They truly nurture the place, invest so much of themselves, and everything is done by their own hands. It's simply the most perfect and picturesque place we found. Everything is spotless, they think of every small detail, it smells wonderful, and absolutely nothing is missing. They are always ready to help and genuinely care. Beyond the apartment, they are truly two amazing people. I wish them nothing but success and good fortune, and that they always be surrounded by good people. They are truly the most lovely couple I've had the pleasure of meeting, and I will miss them. I will definitely return many more times! I love them Highly recommended ♥️

It was a brief stay for just one night at the end of our Tuscany trip, but we had an enjoyable time in the spacious modern apartment.

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)
