Villa holiday rentals in Province of Pistoia

Vi har haft en superbra vecka i odilias hus. Vi var fyra vuxna och två barn, genom att lägenheten har ingång på sidan av huset så fick alla sitt privata utrymme. Väl utrustat kök och allt fungerade bra! Poolen har en fantastiskt utsikt! Om man har svårt att gå eller något liknande så är det bra att veta att det är en lite brant stig upp till poolen. Underbart med en utedusch som har utsikt över Toscana 😊 Vi har haft det underbart. Hyr en liten bil så kommer ni lätt fram till huset också, första gången var kurvan upp till huset en utmaning men sen lärde man sig 😊

Nous avons bien été accueillis et avons passé un bon séjour chez les propriétaires (couple de personnes âgées gentils et disponibles). La maison a de bonnes prestations dans l’ensemble et permet d’avoir 3 logements indépendants. Pour information, les propriétaires vivent sur les lieux et partagent les extérieurs. La machine à laver le ligne est vieillotte et un tarif de 25€/recharge est à prévoir concernant les véhicules électriques.

Spectacular attention from the hosts, always willing to help, enjoyable and friendly. Gave us incredible recommendations of what to visit and where to eat as well as the best places to do groceries. The attention to detail was magnificent, the place was extremely clean and pleasant. Huge spaces, beautiful decoration and ammenities such a barbeque and pool. The best thing was the view from the balconies of the Tuscan mountains, vineyards and town. The location was also very beneficial, very close to the main towns of Lucca, Sienna, Montepulciano, Arrezo, Pienza and the Chianti region. We are very thankful for the generosity and help provided by our guests; super recommended stay!

The villa is beautiful and the pool was delightful. The area was spectacular and the village was quaint and authentic. The hill up to the village was very steep and a car is a necessity, walking with a small child was not really an option. That said the restaurants are good value, the food fantastic and worth the effort. Marie was ever helpful and I thank her for all her assistance, including booking restaurants for our first night.

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

Great villa, all as described and more. Breathtaking views and relaxed atmosphere. Great location, especially if you have a car. Short drive to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and more. Clean bathrooms with every bedroom and great activities for children as well as adults. Clean pool with a view, pingpong table and walking distance from mini-golf and restaurants. Would definitely visit again. Friendly and helpful host, very responsive.

Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!

Die Lage der Villa mitten im Gebirge ist phantastisch. In dem großen Garten kann man sehr gut entspannen und Ruhe finden. Er ist auch gut für Kinder zum Spielen und toben geeignet. Leider war es für ein Bad im Pool Mitte Oktober zu kalt. Der Pool war trotzdem hergerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist schön groß. Barbara und Luciano waren immer erreichbar. Sie wohnen gleich im Haus nebenan. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat drei Bäder. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass die obere Etage eine separaten Eingang hat.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Meget smukt og herskabeligt hus med masser af plads. Huset er beliggende i smukke omgivelser med meget nem transport til skønne Toscanske byer. Kan varmt anbefales

A little slice of heaven and a most authentic Tuscan experience. The location is stunning with panoramic views. We had a wonderful time.

We as a family had an amazing stay at Johns villa, all the pictures are good but in reality it exceeded our expectation. The pool was a resounding success, the gardens are immaculate with wonderful aromas from the jasmine and herbs growing. Everything you require for both the pizza oven and barbecue were there at hand, the villas have good quality linen, towels and well stocked kitchen items, you want for nothing. John is a brilliant host who also helped us organise taxis for the family back to the airport which we were very grateful for. To John and his team we’d like to say a big thank you for making our holiday a great success.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Nice and spacious, beautifully renovated house upon a hill overlooking the village. The house consists of 4 small houses, with one of them having a larger living room where we all (2 families, 9 people) fitted together. Very easy communication with Sandro. Thanks!

Une superbe villa, avec la clim dans quelques unes des chambres. Piscine un peu petite, mais domaine très agréable. Propriétaire très gentille sur place, il faut simplement parler un peu l’italien. La communication en amont avec l’agence était très fluide. Un très beau séjour.

This house was ideal for our extended family holiday with space for everyone in beautiful surroundings. The pool was a real highlight for everyone as was all of the outdoor space. Any questions we had were quickly and helpfully answered and the local recommendations were very welcome. Highly recommend to others and hopefully we can return in future

What an incredible place! Teresa thought of everything to make our stay comfortable with a useful handbook covering all the essential information so please make sure to look through it! The three double bedrooms provide plenty of room and comfortable sleeping. The pool is the jewel in the crown with clean water and breathtaking views. The umbrellas were also very welcome in the hot sun. Make sure to stock up on food and drink in the big supermarkets as the local shop is quite expensive and not open every day. The 20-minute drive from Bagni do Lucca is not for the faint-hearted, as it’s a mountain road with plenty of blind corners, but you do get used to it and it’s worth it for the views and the quiet of the villa when you get there! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the place and the host!

très belle maison de caractère au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, proche des principaux centres touristiques de la Toscane. La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, au calme et domine la campagne toscane. La piscine, en contrebas de la maison, est un havre de paix, un espace privilégié en pleine nature. Barbara est une hôte très sympathique, discrète et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture, elle a tout fait pour trouver une solution rapide et nous accompagner au garage. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement

Such a stunning villa. The views were 10 times better then the photos and the high ceilings made the whole thing so special! Would def recommend

Guia nous accueille avec gentillesse et est toujours prête à rendre service, à vous donner des renseignements sur les visites que vous pouvez faire, discrète et réactive aux questions que vous lui posez...nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Guia! elle mérite largement son titre de superhost

The house was really amazing and Casabasciana as a village was very small and quiet but wonderful. Took us a while to find the mini store above the restaurant and wished we would have found it sooner. Emanuele was a great host and replied fast and kindly to all of our questions. We were six adults and a kid who really loved our stay in this fantastic house and I would recommend Emanuele and the house to everyone! It was not too far from Lucca and Pisa in which we spent some time as well as the river Lima that provided great swim spots. We also really loved staying at the house, making dinners and swimming in the pool. Thank you Emanuele!

A beautiful week relaxing in this exceptional villa - amazing to have somewhere so old but also thoughtfully updated (with air conditioning and insect nets on the windows). Luca was very helpful and quick when we needed some help with resetting electrics. We had lovely day trips and evenings relaxing by the pool.
