Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Pistoia

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille en Toscane. La maison était parfaite, grande, bien équipée, climatisée avec une piscine et espaces extérieurs pour diner au frais. Patrizia est une superbe hote de bon conseil et discrète. Nous avons apprécié l authenticité de cette maison Toscane dont les murs ont 500 ans. Nous étions proches des belles villes toscanes. Je recommande cette belle maison pour une immersion typique en Toscane

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Wir waren als Familie mit Teenagern eine Woche in der Unterkunft und hatten es nicht besser treffen können. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Durch das Zimmer im Dachboden, das sich sehr gut klimatisierten ließ, gab es immer die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber. Es gab nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Wir wurde von Daniele und seiner Familie sehr sehr herzlich empfangen und persönlich verabschiedet. Es gab eine ganze Reihe Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ich kann das schöne Haus wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

We had a wonderful time at the Sabrina’s place! The house is very cozy and the surrounding is beautiful. We spent most of the time outside, having lovely breakfasts and dinners in the garden, accompanied by singing birds and visits from the friendly cats 😊 Thank you Sabrina and Massimo for your hospitality, wishing you the best 🤗

Lieu magnifique, fidèle aux photos, découvert au petit matin après qu'Alessandro nous ait accueillis avec le sourire au milieu de la nuit à la suite de problèmes sur la route. Le domaine est superbe, au cœur de la nature, accolé à un terrain de golf. Un peu plus loin des lieux de visite (petites routes), mais c'est la contrepartie au cadre idyllique. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et agréables. La piscine est calme, grande, bien entretenue, peu chlorée et entourée d'arbres pour avoir un peu d'ombre. L'appartement est grand et typique, un peu sombre mais cela permet de garder de la fraîcheur (merci la climatisation ! ) La possibilité de petit-déjeuner au Golf à ~15 minutes (agréable a pied) ou 10 minutes de voiture (bien plus pratique avec pousette) dépanne bien (type italien, tarif correct et cadre tout aussi calme et idyllique) Il est également très agréable d'avoir à dispositions les condiments. Nombreux moustiques malgré les moustiquaires (fenêtres, lit)

The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay with Anna, the space was incredibly clean, large and had all the necessities (shampoo, salt, sugar and a special welcome treat etc). She was very quick to respond to messages and even referred some great restaurants to us. The pool was an added bonus for our children which was cleaned often by the host. The home is walking distance to downtown Quarrata with restaurants and shops. Anna and her family live above and they were very friendly and kind but gave you your privacy. We also enjoyed visits from Ziggy, their jack russell terrier who was very friendly. Overall it was one of the best spots we stayed in our trip and we would definitely stay again!

We werden enorm warm onthaald door hun. Ze waren super vriendelijk, gaven veel tips over mogelijke uitstappen en lekkere eetlocaties. Het verblijf was super, een van de mooiste plekjes waar we tot nu toe hebben mogen vertoeven. Er zijn kruiden en planten aanwezig die je gewoon mag plukken om te gebruiken. Bij afsluit een lekkere limoncello en koekjes gekregen. Fantastisch warme mensen, we voelden ons meteen thuis. Wij komen ongetwijfeld terug! Als ik kon, gaf ik 10 op 5 sterren 😉

Bellissima casa corrispondente alle foto : arredata benissimo e pulitissima. Benedetta risponde subito ed è un host perfetto : fornisce tutte le info anche per i luoghi intorno dove mangiare e fare colazione . Peccato non aver soggiornato quando la piscina è aperta , ma spero di tornare 💜

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt bei Gianluca und Vanessa sehr genossen. Die Fahrt ins AirBnb ist beim 1. Mal etwas abenteuerlich gewesen, danach war es aber absolut kein Problem mehr. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Ausblick von der privaten Terrasse ein Traum. Es war sehr ruhig und so konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool war ein Highlight. Dieser wurde jeden Morgen von Gianluca gereinigt. Die Anbindung an Städte wie Pisa, Lucca und Florenz ist gut und diese sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Gianluca und Vanessa war super. Die beiden sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

we went as a group of 4 families (15 of us in total but all from the same family) and there was plenty of space, the host was superb (really helpful and very keen to ensure the property was well maintained throughout our stay). we had the most relaxing and peaceful week. the property is ideally located between Pisa and Florence and the local town is brilliant with lovely bars and restaurants

We were very happy with this place. It's a large house with two additinal annexes, meaning that guessts have their own privacy. The villa, as expected, has a very rustic feel so don't expect too many modern day comforts. There were no problems with hot water nor electricity, towel were provided. The gardens are huge with many places to sit and eat. Pool was clean and well maintained, offering quite a lot of privacy.

L’endroit est magnifique, confortable et super bien situé. En plus d’un coin piscine extrêmement privé. On a profité qu’un peu en ce mois de mai mais dans les mois d’été ça doit être vraiment plaisant. À proximité de Florence et Cinque Terre. Nous avons particulièrement aimé San Gimignano. C’est extrêmement paisible avec une vue splendide de la Toscane. Simon a été très affable. La seule chose qu’on aimerait souligner c’est que si vous n’êtes pas familier avec les transferts électroniques internationaux, ça peut devenir un peu lourd. Bien vous préparer à ceci si vous avez l’intention d’y aller. Sinon que des bons mots. On a adoré et nous le recommandons.

Nicoletta greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of the property. She was always responsive and timely. The listing quite frankly undersold the size, space, and beauty of the entire package. The house kept its historical charm while offering the modern amenities including large updated bathrooms, pool, gardens, lounging areas, and a full kitchen. Staying here was truly and escape to the country side where the private pool overlooked an amazing and secluded view of the area. This house is ideal for those seeking an authentic Italian villa. It was really an amazing experience.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Insbesondere der Außenbereich war traumhaft! Danke und gerne wieder!

We verbleven in deze prachtige Toscaanse villa, volledig in authentieke Italiaanse stijl. Het huis ligt op een schitterende locatie met uitzicht over Montecatini – ’s avonds een zee van lichtjes! Door oponthoud onderweg kwamen we pas om 23.00 uur aan, maar dat was voor Cristina geen enkel probleem. Ze wachtte ons vriendelijk op en nam ruim de tijd om ons alles te laten zien. Cristina is een uitstekende gastvrouw en de communicatie verliep vlot en prettig in het Engels. De villa is erg privé, met een groot afgesloten terrein en een hek rondom. Parkeren kan gewoon op eigen terrein. Een kleine tip voor toekomstige gasten: volg niet blindelings je routeplanner. Die stuurt je via een smal kronkelpad waar je nauwelijks met één auto overheen kan. Neem bij voorkeur de route via de andere kant. Het zwembad is ’s avonds sfeervol verlicht en de omgeving biedt tal van mooie uitstapjes naar stadjes als Lucca, Florence, Pistoia en Siena. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten uns jederzeit an Ihn wenden ! Er hat sofort reagiert wenn wir uns an ihn gewendet haben. Die ganze Familie war wirklich sehr nett und die Unterkunft ein Traum! Wir kommen wieder!!!

The Villa was amazing. Very spacious and well equipped. The view was sublime. The swimming pool was fantastic although cold as there was no heating when we arrived due to the Italian law. The chap who came most days to empty the recycling and clean the pool was very friendly. There was wood available to make fires during the night which was really nice. There is a long and very steep winding road up to the house which is quite unnerving when you first drive it but once you know what to expect it’s fine. There were 14 of us and the Villa easily accommodated us all. Brilliant. Would definitely recommend.
