Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Pistoia

Nice house in the hills above Pistoia. It is a few degrees cooler than in the city, and you have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the chickens scratching around and the sweet cat. Also, in the evening, a lot of fireflies could be seen. Annalisa is very friendly and caring.

Beautiful surroundings and wonderful stay, the tranquility meets you. The host and his wife are super friendly and helpful people!

Guido's house was absolutely spotless. Clean, cosy, lovely garden, great jacuzzi. The view from to bedroom was fantastic. We loved the company of cat Gianluigi. The house offers everything one needs when on vacation, even more. I absolutely recommend Guido and Francesca's lovely casa. Well done.

The apartment is beautiful and in a quiet location. It is equipped with everything you need and is sparkling clean. In the garden, it is wonderful to have breakfast or enjoy the silence in the evening. The old town is within walking distance. Beautiful towns nearby to visit and of course the great Tuscan landscape. because it was so hot, we went to the beach for a day, which is an hour's drive, so it's easy to do. Barbara and her family are friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and cozy, pleasantly tempered (we did not have to use the air conditioning despite high outside temperatures) and the communication was very friendly! The accommodation was very clean, well located (car is necessary but we have planned to visit Tuscany in several directions anyway), we can highly recommend the tour of the nearby winery Fattoria di Bacchereto, in addition to the restaurant Il Menestrello - this is within walking distance (best pizza!).

Fantastic stay! Marco and Monica, two super-hosts to whom I really give my compliments, kind and helpful, waited for us, giving us the opportunity to delay check-in and then gave us a lot of advice on places and activities in the area! The house is wonderful, renovated and equipped with every comfort, in a really quiet location but at the same time convenient to all services. The garden is private, well-insulated, with two deckchairs, umbrella, shower and hot tub: everything you need for days of total relaxation! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, a place that will remain in your heart!

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tuscany! The house was clean, well-furnished and had everything you could need. It is also perfectly located for exploring Pistoia, Pisa, Florence and wider areas in Tuscany. Communication with the hosts was excellent, with Mark and his partner providing a very warm and hospitable welcome. Arranging check-in was very straight-forward and we always felt that they were on hand if needed. We would definitely return again in future and recommend to others 😊

Daniele is very nice and even picked us up by car from the train station. The apartment is quietly located in the very nice old town of Pistoia. Everything is in walking distance. When the weather allowed it, we had breakfast in the morning in the sun on the large terrace. The apartment is highly recommended and we would book it again if we stayed in Pistoia again.

Cute house, very clean, we didn't miss any Speak. And when it was missing,Elena made sure to complete for us. There were five of us,and we had a little crowded in the house,but the large, well maintained and beautiful yard,which is inside an olive grove,gave us a large and pleasant space. The pool is very pleasant and inviting. Elena was available and helpful with our every request. The area is lovely and you can enjoy Tuscan and quiet views. Approximately 1 hour driving distance from Florence/ Pisa. But in the August heat, we realized it was better to rest in the pool, rather than walking around the cities for the day. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Sara’s place, she welcomed us in with some eggs from the hens that they keep in the garden. There’s lots of attractions for kids, like chickens, 2 donkeys and some furry friends, a playground that my daughter really enjoyed playing in and balls and toys. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are so peaceful and the view is spectacular. There’s quite a bit to do within 30 minutes drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’d like to visit again in the summer 😍

A true home away from home! Our stay at the Lemon Villa was hands-down our favorite of the entire trip. The villa had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The views of northern Tuscany were absolutely breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. Special thanks to Emanuela and her wonderful assistant, who were beyond accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Mariele’s place in Montecarlo was literally perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The place is very cozy but with a spacious bed and bathroom. We used the terrace loads which was a luxury. And it is literally in the middle of Montecarlo which is such a stunning place with a record nr of good restaurants in 1 street!

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

The best host I've found here. Kind, attentive, concerned with our well-being, beautiful and super comfortable apartment, with maps developed by him so we can get to know the city of Montecatini and Lucca, really amazing! His willingness to be helpful in transforming our trip into a unique moment was admirable, we are very grateful for the moments we spent in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other cities in Tuscany. We highly recommend it!

Marco's apartment in Monsummano Terme was simply fantastic! Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. We felt right at home. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the location is ideal: quiet and charming, but at the same time a great starting point for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca or even Rome. The host Marco is exceptionally helpful. His fast and friendly communication was very pleasant. Full recommendation!

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)
