Eine bemerkenswerte Unterkunft mit Traumhafter Aussicht, bei der man wirklich runterkommt. Die Unterkunft ist absolut einen Besuch wert!

Massimo beschreibt den Weg zur Unterkunft sehr gut, das Häuschen liegt etwa 20 min südlich von Florenz mitten in den Weinbergen, sehr ruhig und malerisch in den toskanischen Hügeln. Wir waren zu dritt bei Massimo und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ob Stadtbesichtigung von Siena& Florenz, Weinverkostung oder einfach die Ruhe am Haus genießen: für alles das perfekt geeignet! Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, Massimo und Beatrice haben viel Arbeit reingesteckt um ihren Gästen einen authentischen Aufenthalt zu bieten: trotzdem aber modern mit Klimaanlage- im Sommer geht’s auch kaum ohne! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Nous y avons passés deux nuits, tout était au top! Le jacuzzi avec vue sur les montagnes est un bon plus et si vous y allez en été vous pourrez profiter des fruits qui poussent sur place. Il y a aussi un couple de voisins, qui sont absolument adorable et avec qui tout c'est bien passé.

il soggiorno a casa di sara è stato davvero molto piacevole. questa bella casa restaurata di recente si affaccia su un giardino fiorito e profumato. la cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici super e stoviglie di qualità. i letti sono molto comodi e la biancheria è di pregio. non manca nulla per godersi appieno la vacanza. un'altra cosa che rende speciale questo borgo è il fatto di dover lasciare la macchina e arrivare a casa piedi con una piacevole passeggiata mentre i bagagli viaggiano sul trattore guidato da Bryan. lontani dal rumore della città ho vissuto delle ore immersa nella pace e nel verde dei boschi sullo sfondo. sara e bryan sono host premurosi e accoglienti e sanno anticipare ogni desiderio. raccomando vivamente questo posto se si vogliono vivere momenti ti vero relax.

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Schöne Aussicht, 20 min mit dem Auto von der nächsten Stadt entfernt, ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief super, das Haus war mit Navi gut zu finden & die Gegend ist sehr schön

Děkujeme za umožnění pobýt v na tomto krásném místě! Gianni je velmi milý hostitel, průběžně jsme spolu komunikovali. Ubytování je tak autentické, jak jsme si představovali a je na opravdu klidném místě s výhledem do krajiny. Posezení pod rozkvetlou vistárií nemá chybu! Pro majitele psů bych pouze doplnila, že pozemek není oplocen na 100 % a naše Minnie ještě nemá tak perfektní vychování, tak jsme museli trochu hlídat, aby nám neodešla:-) V San Barontu jsme nakoupili potraviny a povečeřeli ve vynikající restauraci. V městečku Lamporecchio jsme navštívili trh a výbornou cukrárnu. Podnikali jsme výlety do přírody, zajeli do Volterry. V Itálii žijí úžasní příjemní lidé, kteří se vždy snaží poradit, když potřebujeme, a proto se do ní tak rádi vracíme!

The location is superb, great views and has a very cosy feel. The kitchen and living area on the ground floor were spacious and welcoming, while the private terrace made for a lovely place to have breakfast with an amazing view every morning. The bathroom and bedroom, situated at the first floor, were very clean and well equipped and the view from the bed was amazing every day. Our host Fabio was very friendly, informative and helpful informing us about best times to visit the main tourist attactions of Tuscany and where we could find the best restaurants and shops in the area. All in all an amazing stay! Totally recommend!

Wir (4 Erw, 2 Kids) waren 12 Tage in den Ferien da. Die Anfahrt war etwas Tricky da wir mit unseren großen Bus (Hyundai Staria) voll beladen nicht die Zufahrtsstraße hoch gekommen sind, Andrea und Barbara waren so nett und haben uns unser ganzes Gepäck hochgefahren, leer sind wir dann mit dem Bus zum Haus gelangen. Die Auffahrt benötigt ein wenig Übung besonders mit größeren Autos. Das Haus hat den typischen ital. rustikalen Stil und ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und geräumig, das Wlan läuft stabil. Die Umgebung bzw. Aussicht sind ein Traum. Es ist alles da was man zum Überleben und wohlfühlen braucht. Barbara und Andrea sind die ganze Zeit über für uns da gewesen und haben uns immer bei Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir hatten selten so herzliche Gastgeber!!! Alles was an Obst und Gemüse dort wächst konnten wir pflücken und essen. Der Pool ist schön groß, genug Schatten und eine Außenküche sind verhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Außergewöhnliche schönes Haus in der Toscana. Mit in einer wundervolle bergigen Lage und unfassbare Aussicht. Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und viele weitere Ziele sind problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen 😁 Herr Biondo, der eigentlich Gastgeber ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender und freundlicher Mann. Stehst hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Gerne wieder 😁

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison est située dans un coin au calme en pleine campagne mais reste proche de toutes les commodités. Le jardin est très agréable avec le coin repas ombragé naturellement avec des vignes grimpantes. La maison est authentique et spacieuse et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Sergio est un hôte prévenant, réactif et de très bon conseil. Il est toujours soucieux que le séjour se passe au mieux. Bon point de départ pour découvrir cette belle région. Si vous voulez manger d’excellentes pizzas aller chez BASILICO FRESCO suggérer par Sergio nous n’avons été séduit.

We were looking for a quiet location that we could use our car to visit several communities of Tuscany. This was perfect for two people. It is small, but cozy and comfortable, and met our needs. VERY quiet!

The appartment was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival the hostess was very kind and showed us everything. There is enough privacy and the surroundings offer great peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday. From the appartment it is easy to visit beautiful cities like Florence. We had an amazing holiday here where we could combine the relaxing time at the pool and the active visits to nearby cities.

Heel soms kom je op een plek en ontmoet je mensen waarbij je je zo ontzettend thuis voelt en dat doen Sandra en Cristiano en hun B&B met je . Alles klopt, het uitzicht, de gastvrijheid, het huis, de lekkere dingen in de koelkast. Kortom een klein paradijsje op aarde met 2 hele bijzondere warme lieve mensen die wij al in ons hart hebben zitten. Het huisje boven op de berg staat in onze top 5 van mooiste en beste plekjes en Sandra en Cristiano op nummer 1❤️. Comfortable spot for two people. Beautiful garden and friendly neighbors too. Close to Pistoia - with great places to dine. We would definitely return!

We visited La Casa di Elsa for the second time after having stayed there two years ago. We knew what to expect and our stay this time was even better than last time considering Marco and Graziella installed an above ground pool!! Our daughter absolutely loved spending the evenings in the pool, especially since we had the best two weeks of hot weather to make us really appreciate the joy of a refreshing dip. Graziella and Marco are the best hosts, very welcoming, are always responsive and are very respectful of the guest’s privacy. All in all a great visit and I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time :)

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement

Alessia and David were amazing hosts! So kind and welcoming. We felt right at home and their family owned home is a true gem. Stunning views and just an amazing garden with pool, truly private on top of a mountain. You can tell they care bout this house and look after it with lots of love and care, it made the stay so much more memorable. ❤️

The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and well presented. The surrounding countryside is simply beautiful. While the local village doesn’t have a great array of restaurants, cafes and 4km drive away is Montecatini Terme with plenty to choose from. Just note that you do basically share a courtyard with your neighbour which can seem a little strange when having a coffee, drink. Would loved to have stayed longer and explore the region more thoroughly.
